My wife and I spent a week in late April. Good location. Excellent house with lots of amenities. For a couple of days there was a bit of noise as the neighbours were having a roof replaced. Nothing that the owner had control over. Deerfield is otherwise a peaceful quiet location. Would thoroughly recommend and return.

Note: The listing stated that the Wi-Fi was suitable for 1–2 people (100 Mbps), which I overlooked before booking. With 7 cell phones and 3 tablets connected, we experienced some buffering. That's on me, not the host, since the limitation was clearly disclosed.Communication with Mark was excellent throughout our stay.We really appreciated the generous supply of beach, bath, and face towels. The private pool and outdoor space were beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet while still being within walking distance of Target. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with more utensils and gadgets than I have at home.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property for your stay in Deerfield Beach, FL!

We stayed two weeks to get away from the cold winter. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and also close to many restaurants and beaches. The pool was perfect, the host got back to us immediately and the house was stocked with many extras that most VRBOs lack

We enjoyed our five day stay at this lovely home and were able to relax and enjoy a great base for our activities. This is a renovated 4 bedroom / 3 bath home with lovely pool and great outdoor space, including beautiful deck, fire pit and seating area, loungers, and dining table under a pergola. There is a Blackstone grill for your use. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked dinner twice. The beds were very comfortable with tvs in each room. The bathrooms have been redone and there is a washer and dryer for your use. The home comes stocked with plenty of towels, including pool towels. We took advantage of the highchair for our grandson. There is a shuffleboard game table that is fun. The owner is very nice and responsive. I highly recommend.
