We enjoyed our five day stay at this lovely home and were able to relax and enjoy a great base for our activities. This is a renovated 4 bedroom / 3 bath home with lovely pool and great outdoor space, including beautiful deck, fire pit and seating area, loungers, and dining table under a pergola. There is a Blackstone grill for your use. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked dinner twice. The beds were very comfortable with tvs in each room.The bathrooms have been redone and there is a washer and dryer for your use. The home comes stocked with plenty of towels, including pool towels. We took advantage of the highchair for our grandson. There is a shuffleboard game table that is fun. The owner is very nice and responsive. I highly recommend.

Great house, great stay! Communication was excellent. The house was clean, beds comfy, plenty of towels for bath and pool. Comfortable patio seating around the fire pit. Located near beach, restaurants, shopping. Great family neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Family Rental

A accommodation except for the 2 king size memory foam mattresses, but that was our opinion.....Fully stocked bathrooms that even included a large first aid kit. Kitchen well appointed to include some spices. Appliances were A. The towels, both bath & pool, were thick and luxurious, A. The oversized washer and dryer were A. Water pressure was phenomenal! The family loved the indoor shuffleboard. Our only other comment would be to share the address or phone number of a local charity that would accept our leftover food (eggs, bread, soda, butter, etc) It was incredibly difficult to throw away in the trash. Although, thankfully, a neighbor did accept some of it. All in all, it was delightful and affordable. The pool was an excellent exchange in the absence of oceanview. The off street parking was much appreciated.

Great house

The house is very modern and well equipped. The best water pressure ever. My only issue, if you call it that, was that there was only a partial shower door or bathroom door in the one bathroom which made it hard to get a hot shower and the floor would get wet. Also a shelf in that shower would be nice as I had to put my stuff on the floor and for a senior it makes it a little difficult. There were no beach chairs available so we ended up buying some and leaving them there because it was cheaper than renting on the beach. But overall it was a great place.

We stayed two weeks to get away from the cold winter. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and also close to many restaurants and beaches. The pool was perfect, the host got back to us immediately and the house was stocked with many extras that most VRBOs lack

Extremely Convenient

Myself, my wife and our 3 adult children absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks. Situated in between Boca/Delray and Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood it’s the perfect location. Walking distance to Deerfield Beach and a short drive to West Palm and Mizner Park. The pool is beautiful. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The communication with the host was perfect. The shuffleboard table was a lot of fun. Absolutely no complaints about this place. I highly recommend.

Ladies week

Mark the host was absolutely amazing. Everything was so perfect and so inviting when we walked through the door. The pool was just the most relaxing part of our stay. The heater was such a plus. Book your stay here you will not be disappointed!!!! Onecof our top rated homes on our list!!!!

Amazing experience

The property was perfect for our family vacation of 8, which included 4 children. Everything was clean, the space was perfect. Having the pool, grill and sitting area in the back was amazing. We had issues with one of the shower panels, but Mark was extremely responsive and kept us updated on a solution and progress the whole time. Would certainly stay at this property again, next time we visit the area!

Girls getaway

We enjoyed our time at this home. Place was clean, and the pool was private. We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the fire pit at night. Our bad luck was that it was a very windy time of year so we had keep scooping the pool to keep out the ficus leaves. That was no ones fault. The only concerns we had were that the pool didn't have a railing, making it difficult for the girls who had knee problems to enter and get out of the pool. The steps were uneven heights making 2nd step down difficult for them also And the room with a queen bed without the bathroom, was like an add on, right off the livingroom with just sliding panels. The big screen tv right near these panels made it difficult to watch tv in that room or to sleep if anyone was watching tv late at night. It would be a great place for a family with children. Easy access to the beach and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Trip

The property was perfect for our quick getaway! We enjoyed the outdoor pool area very much! The house was very clean and was the ideal location for us! Bonus was our daily visitor Mr Iguana while we were in the pool. I would definitely book again!
