Location, pool, hot tub, game room and rooms are wonderful

Wonderful home with lots of beds! We enjoyed being close to beach, all the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and wagon! The pool and hot tub were very nice. The game room was fun. The house was very clean.I was a bit disappointed with no paddle boards and there is no fire pit….it advertised both. We were hoping to use/rent golf cart but didn’t need it.

Clean house and overall great property! Very easy to communicate with Leo and Julian. My friends and I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the pool and location.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Home AMAZING

We stayed in this beautiful home with beach access nearby. Loved the sweet bunnies in the neighborhood and the abundance of iguanas and lizards – very cool! The pool was fantastic! I'd definitely rate this home a 10/10. Great communication with all my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little beach house!

Stayed here for my bachelorette getaway with all of my friends and family. Everyone had a nice place to sleep, conveniently located to the beach and downtown area, and had the nicest pool and hot tub if you want to stay home. The style of the home is adorable and very clean. I loved being able to contact the agent with any questions. I would love to stay here again!

The host was pleasant and allowed us to check in a little early. The house was very nice, but I did see and kill one large roach in the living room. This was not a huge deal, as it's Florida and we only saw one during out entire stay. We were disappointed to find that the pictures for the property showed 8 scooters that could be used, but there were no scooters at the house. There were no instructions for how to work the hot tub and the water was cold. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for quiet family vacations. I wouldn't recommend for young adults under the age of 30.

This house is perfect for a family vacation or an adult friend group vacation house. It’s located in the perfect location only a 5 min walk to beach access. Rent the golf cart and drive it down to the public beach access if your someone who wants to be around other beach goers. I loved that the house was close to restaurants and night life. You can’t walk to restaurants but you definitely can drive via golf cart or car. The owner was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. Don’t waste your time packing beach towels, chairs, umbrella and wagon bc the house has that. We loved the game room as well.

Awesome location for annual golf trip

The location of the house was so close to beach and everything else you need. Leo worked well with us when it came to checking in and providing everything we need in house. We were a large group of guys that meets up for our annual golf trip and we had more than enough space in this house. Thanks for everything!

Great property, great communication

We enjoyed the stay: plenty of room for our party of 6 and the kids had a great time in the pool, hot tub, and back yard. Leo was great, meeting us at check-in to show us the property. When needed, communication was simple and quick. After our stay and cruise our flight home was cancelled. After texting Leo to see if he had availability at any of his properties he quickly sent us a link to another of his properties that would fit us all for the dates we needed. Truly a life saver! I highly recommend this property and Leo's company in general!

Best vacation home!!

We arrived early and planned to lounge at the beach till check in time but started raining. Leo allowed us come in earlier, which was very appreciated. The house was so clean and smelled so fresh. There were tons of towels, comfortable beds and plenty seating. The saltwater pool was heated and the jacuzzi was such fun. Whenever we wanted the jets to go, Leo turned it on remotely, he was very available and accommodating. This home is in a beautiful, quiet and friendly neighborhood. It's only a hop over to the beach. This was the most fantastic vacation, and definitely recommend!!

Bach Weekend

Leo/Julian were extremely easy to work with, the house was immaculate upon arrival. We booked this house to accommodate 10 people and there was more then plenty of space. The game room was definitely a highlight as well as the fire pit, bbq and hot tub. My only recommendation would be to spray the back yard of mosquitos as we spent a lot of time back there and got bit up. Other then that the house was extremely well kept and we will definitely be back! Thanks again Leo and Julian for your 24/7 communication

After cruise resting place

Close walking distance to the beach. Nice pool. Clean spacious home. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Comfy beds and couches. We took a Lyft to the mall then walked back along the beach front. Door dashed a lot of our meals and had Walmart deliver drinks and snacks. We had a couple of backyard visitors small lizards and a bigger green Iguana looking lizard we name Izzy and a couple of racoons showed up one night to check in our garbage which was empty. Master bedroom bathroom window didn’t shut tight so we had a small lizard get in our last night there. Over all we definitely would stay there again. Also Julian was wonderful to greet us and show us everything the day we came and that made a good impression on the house and knowing he was a phone call away if we needed anything.

Family friendly home two blocks from the beach

My husband and I were privileged to be the first guests to stay at Sunshine Stays along with our two young boys and another couple with an infant. I want to note this review is not only about the house, but also about the great service and communication we received from the owner. We had previously booked another home to stay in but the property managers canceled our reservation 2 weeks before our travel without explanation -- so I was very nervous when rebooking. The owner of Sunshine Stays, Leo, took the time to reassure us we wouldn't face a similar situation renting his home and kept checking in in the days prior to our travel to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. He went above and beyond, making sure we had a high chair and pack n play at the home for our arrival. Now, about the house: it was the perfect size, location, and layout for our group during our stay -- especially with two bedrooms designed for younger travelers to sleep in. The beds were super comfortable, the couches were soft and great for the kids to climb all over, the whole home was tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining (Leo, even took the time to drop off a bottle opener when we realized one was missing)! That said, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful south Florida weather in the pool and hot tub, or lounging at the beach which is just a short 5 minute walk from the home. Overall nice place and convenient location to everything. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the house wasn’t the cleanest. If you walk barefoot inside your feet will be black. Also found a few random little garbage things around the house that was probably left from previous guests.

First things first. From the moment of booking this trip Leo Morales has been more than helpful and accommodating. His house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for everything we wanted to do. Really made you feel at home and comfortable. 10/10 recommend his properties. Thanks again Leo it was a blast. Side note: walking distance to beach/restaurants and bars.

As expected, great beach vacation home

Great stay as expected. Listing accurate, no surprises. Julian was great to work with and very responsive to needs. Recommend paying extra for the golf cart. Makes it a lot more fun!
