Great place to stay! Close to the beach. We booked a suite room for 4 adults and we felt it really awesome! Breakfast was decent enough. Staff was friendly. I will stay here again if I come back to Fort Lauderdale

Delightful boutique hotel walking distance to the beach and near the convention center. The combined lobby/bar/dining area is beautiful and artsy. Much more interesting than most hotels. The pool area is lovely as well. Staff were polite and friendly. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

I love ever thing about my stay in this hotel, first the location is amazing, the staff very professional, the room is big and comfortable, very clean and the breakfast was great. I will be the guest again when I will be back to Ft Lauderdale. Thanks for all staff to make my stay so nice!

I didn’t enjoy the breakfast that much, but the orange juice was amazing. Room was clean, we had a few issues with the elevator but the staff was really helpful.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and well prepared, with good options. The room was spacious and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The pool and surrounding area were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, I would definitely stay here again

Will stay here again. Rooms are clean. Staff is pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast is a good touch. Pool area is relaxing and peaceful. Really close to the beach. Food options nearby for dinner and lunch

Staff members were extremely helpful and supportive in every way. Easy checkin, excellent property, nice breakfast, and beautiful set up details for a romantic getaway. I enjoyed a girls getaway and the gorgeous robes, slippers, and fluffy towels were enjoyed by all the ladies!

Everything was fine with the hotel and surroundings, everything was very clean and tidy. However, please please get different pillows! Those pillows were not fit for humans. They were stiff as rocks and so tall you couldn't rest your head comfortably. We had a two bedroom suite and I am certain they know that these pillows did not allow for a comfortable night sleep. Please change those pillows (or rocks)!

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness was fairly good; However, the hotel needs some work done to its elevator system and auto door locks. My key cards had to be replaced three times during my four days stay. Also, the one elevator was not functioning correctly and was down at least 4 times during my stay. I am a visually impaired individual and it made it very difficult for mobility. I am wondering what guests would do if they were using wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

Noisy. The rooms have a door to connect to the next room. You can hear EVERYTHING from the next room. My neighbors turned on the tv at 6 am and I had to listened the entire time. Elevator was in poor condition as well I doubt it can pass an inspection Everything was clean

Upon reviewing my folio, I noticed charges for Resort Fees and related taxes that I don’t recall being clearly disclosed in the total price at the time of booking. I understand these fees are common, but I was under the impression the rate I confirmed included all mandatory charges. Please take serious this observation. It’s not worth the money

Checked in and immediately checked out. 2 pillows filthy with stains-how did housekeeping miss that? Hair in the bed….floor clearly unswept or unvacuumed. Balcony was a shared situation with other rooms, why bother opening curtains for the view. Those doors were unlocked. Maybe that’s how the bed was stained? Couldn’t leave quick enough. Receptionist knew it-clearly over worked and did not put up a fight. I wanted to like it, website pics looked cool-it’s all a lie.

Votre facture affichait que je ne devrais payer a l'établissement que 33.65€ en plus des 903.44€ payés sur votre site soit un total de 937.09 euros. Hors l'hôtel m'a prélevé 158 dollars en plus au check out. Le prix que vous avez affichés étaient donc erronés. Devant le fait accompli j'ai donc dû payer. C'est innacceptable. Je suis très mecontent

This was a beautiful boutique hotel that surprised us. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation stated that check in time was 3pm. But after waiting about a 1/2 hour, the front desk informed us that check in was at 4pm. Ultimately we did not get into our room until almost 5:30pm. They did wave the parking fee for our troubles, but honestly did not appear to care that we waited almost 2 1/2 hours to check in. Fortunately we hung out at the pool and basically had the patio area to ourselves. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and the accomodations were great: new furniture, comfortable beds, ample space in our kitchenette, large bathroom. Staff restocked towels, & made the beds one of the 5 days we stayed but other than that, no other requests were filled (We asked for refills of bottled water on no shortage of 5 times and never received any). They had beach wagons that we were able to take to the beach that included chairs, cooler, etc. The walk to the beach was a short 5 minute walk (we went further down the beach where it was more busy). We did not know that the hotel was kosher, so no pork at breakfast, but this wasn't a problem. There were multiple breakfast items to choose from including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs etc. The pancakes and waffles were fairly dry, but again there were other items that our kids could eat. Again, the decor was beautiful and things were in pristine working order at this hotel. Our only complaint was the front desk staff who did not seem engaged
