Girls getaway

House was perfect for a girls long weekend. House was wonderful for lounging by the pool and relaxing. Las Olmas, shopping, beach, fabulous dining, all close enough to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Long Weekend

The place was great, clean, everything worked. We spent more time around the pool than we thought we would. Needed uber to get around, probabaly could have gotten by with some electric bicycles.

wonderful stay!

Love coming here to Aqua Vista. This is our 3rd stay. Best thing I can say is CLEAN! Perfect for small family. Very quiet neighborhood along the canal. Pool was great. Everything you might need for a day outing is there. Only thing I might suggest is TV's in the bedrooms. But overall, 5 Stars.

Aqua Vista

Beautiful property. Love the floors. No carpet so it has a very clean feel. Enjoyed the heated pool. And the spacious kitchen. Second time renting this house and hope to be back next year.

Great location

Great location! House has not been maintained that well…. Some furniture is worn and the cleaning crew were not efficient. Sheets weren’t clean and we had electrical issues with the stove. Property manager was responsive and tried to fix our issues.. we enjoyed our stay because of the pool and location. Needs work.

Five Star Home

Appreciated the easy check-in and check-out. Cleanest home we have ever rented. A-plus for no carpet or cloth couches. Heated pool was a life saver because of so much rain this time. Only 2 things I would add, a TV in 3rd BR and a few more cooking utensils. But we easily got by. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to rent this again next spring.

Book, Book, Book!!

It rained during our entire trip with the exception of the last day. However, there were so many amenities in this home that made our stay worth while. This home is extremely clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We loved that are 3 entries to the pool area. In addition, the pool is heated with LED lights for that romantic touch! WiFi is readily available and flat screen TVs for entertainment. There's beach items (beach umbrella, towels, chairs) for you to take to the beach which saves you money. I personally enjoyed the outdoor patio seating; it was very comfortable. I suffer from insomnia, but lying on the patio couch with the warm Florida breeze drifted me to sleep. It was so serene and calm. There are bikes🚲 for you to enjoy the picturesque neighborhood with breath taking beautiful palm trees🌴 and friendly neighbors. Truly a home away from home😊

Tranquil setting.......for a perfect vacation

Property as described, perfect setting within a quiet neighbourhood which has easy access to beach, local restaurants and amenities. The property is well maintained and contained everything we required for our vacation. Without doubt the star selling point of the villa is the outside space, the large pool that got the sun all day was easily big enough for 4 adults and the covered lanai provided the perfect spot to sit in the shade. The beach bikes provided within the garage were of great use for getting about the local area, particularly Lauderdale be the sea which is only a 5 min cycle. The Addition of a kayak would be my only recommendation, to enable guests to access the local canal network within the landings. A great vacation......and a property that I would be happy to recommend to friends and family. Thanks.
