Our stay in this home was perfect. The host is super accommodating, quick to answer texts and keeps in touch thru your stay. He personally came to the property to welcome us on the day we arrived - which was Christmas day. Our party consisted of 12 people, all family, ranging in age from 11 to just shy of 80. The home offered plenty of space to spread out and have your own place to relax in and enjoy. Six bedrooms, and 4 baths served us all well. The heated pool was wonderful and it was a must for our stay. Well stocked with all you need, plenty of beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon to pull it all to the beach makes your stay easy and carefree. The beach is a short walk and Lauderdale By The Sea and Lauderdale Beach were a quick drive. With it being the holiday season everywhere was so festive, fun and friendly. This home is located in a beautiful community close to a state park with walking and biking trails. A true paradise - we will return if we are lucky enough to do so. Thank you to our host for renting out his beautiful home.

This home was absolutely beautiful. This was by far the cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. I came here for my Bachelorette Party. The house was absolutely perfect for all of the girls. The backyard was beautiful. The pool was so clean and the way it was decorated is absolutely perfect. The host was so responsive via messenger and made the whole process so easy! Had the most amazing Bachelorette Party because of this house all of the girls loved it! Highly recommend for a bachelorette party/ weekend getaway! This home is in a perfect location. So close to the beach and so close to Las Olas.

Fort Lauderdale Gem!

We had an amazing experience. Leo was wonderful and accommodated an early check-in and late check-out.The place is beautifully designed and was very clean and organized. All bathrooms are well stocked with towels and toiletries.One bathroom had the toilet continously running, however Leo immediately came and tried to repair it.The kitchen is also well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was spacious with enough seating for the whole family.They also provide, beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for the beach which is steps away and made our stay so much more enjoyable as we could walk to the beach.Overall, this is a great property that is close to the beach with a great host.We will definitely return on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!Thank you Leo, we had a great family vacation!

Couldn't have asked for a better house for our group!! Gorgeous house and backyard, quality furniture, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of towels. Two full size fridges in the house was amazing and so convenient for our large group.A lot of times, pictures on the listing can be deceiving, but that was absolutely not the case here. It looked exactly like the photos online!Safe neighborhood. Loved that it was a super short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the Las Olas beach area.Only thing to note was that if you're a large group and will be eating a few meals/drinking at the house, you may run out of trash bags/dishwasher pods depending on how long your trip is, and they do not supply more than what is there when you arrive. There is a Publix right down the road so this wasn't a big deal at all.This group was all in our early 30s, so we have been to our fair share of bach parties and trips with various rental properties. Everyone agreed that this was one of the very best houses we've stayed in. I've already sent the link to a few of my friends who were looking to come down to Ft. Lauderdale for a bach party. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect family vacation home

The house was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well kept, the kitchen was stocked well with cookware, utensils, and dish ware. The property owner greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and was very informative. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. The home also had lots of beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The pool was a great especially for the kids. We are very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. We highly staying here and plan on booking here again in the future.

Guys Golf Trip

The house was exactly as listed, if not better. It was very clean and met the needs of 7 60ish golf friends. The only things that weren’t perfect were 1) that the host wanted to meet us at the house for check-in; this was kind of wonky since we were playing golf and uncertain if we would go straight to the house from golf or not, and, 2) the house had the first single ply toilet paper I’ve seen in years!

14 ladies stayed in this beautiful home very comfortably. The proximity to the beach was as described and a very easy walk. The pool was an absolute dream and much enjoyed. The layout of the home provided separate gathering spaces but yet enough room for all to easily use the common spaces like the kitchen and the dining area. We would highly recommend this property..

Amazing Stay!

The location is perfect. The overall cleanliness of the house is spectacular - my only comment would have to be the towels provided. A lot of them had dried blood stains on them…those should be thrown out. Besides that, perfection all around.

Perfect family reunion/walk to beach

Leo was a wonderful host. We were able to check in early. A very enthusiastic Leo met us and went over all the house details. The house was perfect for our family of 12 (ages 2 to 68). Very comfortable beds. A well outfitted kitchen. Beautiful pool area. And an easy 5 minute walk to the beach with plenty of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 beach buggies! We would definitely return. Perfect Location for a Group

Our stay was great! Leo and his team were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The house is very spacious for a group with a great pool. The location is perfect! Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants like Shooters and Sandbar Grill. 15-20 minute drive to nightlife on Las Olas Blvd. I highly recommend staying here!

Great property and stay, bad experience with checkout and owner

At checkin, I was told by Julian that the garbage disposal was broken and not to use it. After we checked out, Leo (the owner of the property) stated that our group had broken the garbage disposal and that he would be charging us the maximum VRBO fee to pay to replace the disposal. Julian refused to admit that he had told us the disposal was broken and Leo refused to accept that Julian had told us this. All he provided as proof was a photo of a backed up sink with some red onions and a small plastic bread bag clip found in the sink. These items would not break or destroy a garbage disposal. I’m not sure what communication problems exist between the property owner and his staff about the condition of the property at checkin but I ended up being charged for damage done by someone else. Additionally, the first morning we were in the property we found dried brown blood stains on one set of sheets and reported this to Julian. The sheets were promptly replaced with clean ones - not a huge problem. However, at checkout Leo also blamed us for the sheets and sent me the exact photo I had provided of the stains as his proof that we caused the damage. Leo is clearly not communicating with Julian about the condition of the property and guests are being blamed. Besides these issues, the property was a clean and comfortable place with lots of space and a well appointed kitchen. Were it not for the issues at checkout, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cannot recommend host

Overall, the house was fine. The listing photos make it look much larger with a very different layout, but it served its purpose for our group. The real downfall came after our stay when the host sent us an aggressive and emotional message dramatizing how we left the house and pinning damages on us that were from a previous group. I’m now in a battle with trip insurance to get our damage deposit back because the host also refused to go about this in the proper manner. He rogue-charged my credit card instead of submitting the claim through insurance (which we paid for), and is refusing to refund it. So I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company AND deal with the insurance provider. It’s really been a textbook short-term rental experience where the host just tries to squeeze every dime they can out of the guests. Long story short, don’t plan to use the towels provided and make sure you scrub down the entire kitchen leaving it spotless before leaving (despite the cleaning fee and service) if you want your damage deposit returned to you. There’s other great options in FTL—stay in one of those to avoid the headache.
