This property has an ideal location. Only 1 short block from the beach and broadwalk. There are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The property has 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It also has three bathrooms. It was nice and clean and well appointed. We had a great vacation.

Property was exactly as described! Very spacious and comfortable and steps from the boardwalk! Very convenient! Parking lot on site was a plus and our stay went perfect! We will come back!!!

The place is perfect for a family clean and great location by the beach newly renovated and the parking is included witch is a plus around Hollywood Beach

3 night weekend away with friends

Can’t say enough about this property. Great location and Great communication with management. We couldn’t get over how clean the property was and so close to beach / restaurants. Look forward to staying again Thanks so much

Very close to Broadwalk and beach

This property is very close to the Broadwalk. Listing was correct. We had some issues and everything was corrected very quickly.

Best vacation in a long time

Check in was easy, the house was impeccable, location perfect. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. We had family coming from New Orleans and Arizona they had a great time and enjoyed the Florida sunshine! We will definitely be booking our next vacation at this location. Staff was great and very helpful. We do this every year and I must say this one the best!

Amazing location!!

The location is amazing for walkable access to many things. Great for 9 adult with the 3 baths and 4 bedrooms. Couch for lounging not so comfy and not a lot of space for the whole group to chill, but we were mostly out and about so it was ok for us.

Great Place!

The set up was great for us. Two separate wings with two bedrooms per side was perfect to vacation with family. It was also a very short walk to the beach. Some of the furniture was worn and the barstools were dangerous to sit on (need replaced). Other than that, when things were needed, the property manager was helpful.

Hollywood property

The properties proximity to the beach was great, and overall square footage was more than accommodating, found several cockroaches, alive and dead on property and inside. Also, the listing is incorrect as the web shows this location to have a pool, which is in fact does not feel as if the listing was misleading.

Overall Great Stay

Great location and was a plus that there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also a plus that towels, linens and beach towels were provided. The off street parking is wonderful. The couches weren’t very comfortable and didn't stay together as they slid on the floor. Also had a few cockroaches in the house but maybe that is more common for Florida.

Getaway at the beach🏖️

Loved it when we walked in. Bright,clean and plenty of room. My 3 sisters and I have been renting in Florida for 10 years. This is our favorite rental. So close to the beach and Broadwalk. Chris was the guy had a problem with the lights fixed right away. Hope to rent for many years. LB

150 steps to the beach

If you want a spot as close to the beach as you can this is the apartment for you. It was 150 steps down the road to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was as described, clean and bright. An added benefit was the layout. 2 bedrooms on one side of the living room with a door to close and 2 bedrooms on the other side with a door to close. This worked very well for our family. The apartment also provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which was a big help. We had an issue with the WiFi and it took several days before it was up and running, although ValGal Customer Service was helpful in correcting the problem. Great spot to wind down and enjoy the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Water damage and mold smell in the storage closet and HVAC closet. Water leak from the upper unit that leaked into our rented lower unit. Contacted on call person. They came out but no one cleaned up. Just brought us new towels. Ice maker was broken. Reported. They said someone was coming, never showed. Couch was in terrible condition. Breakfast bar chairs were broken and not useable. Reported on check in, no response.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation home was everything that I expected. Room for all of us. Party of 8. Everybody had their own bed. Perfect location. Away from the broad walk but so close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars. Family friendly. The bad side. The unit was not cleaned when we checked in. Very hard to get a quick response from the host. Was able to find a phone number to call. They got a hold of the owner. Chris was very helpful. He came over right away and got the cleaning crew. He gave me his cell number for any other inquires which we needed. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Chris!
