The house was great - super clean and well appointed with everything you need for an easy stay! Since we were traveling with children, we especially appreciated the safety gate on the pool and everything we'd need for the beach, including wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and toys. It was so nice to not have to think about any of that and made popping over to the beach so easy and seamless. Desare was also quick to respond and helpful in answering the questions I had. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Host was very accommodating and space was great overall- proximity and location to the beach and surrounding amenities was fantastic. Storage in bedrooms and household amenities could have been a bit better to allow you to make yourself at home (for example dressers to unpack clothing was not available,face towels etc). Host was responsive and accommodating willing to order things we would need to feel more at home, however some simple improvements to the functionality of the space would go a long way to accommodate larger groups as indicated.

We had a very god time. As soon as we checked in and got acclimated to the house and our surroundings, we felt at home. They had everything you needed to be comfortable and feel at home. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance to the beach which took about 7 minutes to walk there. There are wagons for you to pile your things in to go to the beach or to pull your little one who can’t quite keep up. The pool outside the back sliding door was amazing and very clean. You can do your laundry with the clean washer and dryer that is provided for you in the house and you have plenty of room for a family gathering within the house. The house has an alarm which you can program when you leave and for when you stay inside to go to bed at night which is an ice added bonus. The area is a very nice area and I had no worries even if we did not have an alarm but it was an added bonus for safety and security that we appreciated. You will find plenty of places to eat that surround you some upscale some for any way you want to dress. I want to mention that we just happen to go into a little diner that is in Del Ray Beach called Sande’s and it really beat breakfast or lunch that we ate anywhere. This was our second trip to this area and we made it a point to go to Sande’s twice this time. It is like a hidden Jewel in the rough. All in all this was a great experience and we plan on returning soon to make more lasting memories with our family. Our host Desare was excellent!

Das Beste am Haus ist die Nähe zum Strand, der nur 2 Block entfernt liegt. Die Zimmer sind okay, leider gibt es aber keine Möglichkeiten die Kleidung irgendwo hinzulegen, da die Kleiderschränke von Sachen vom Vermieter belegt sind. Auch die Betten sind nicht bequem.Zudem war das 2. Bad sehr klein, so dass wir nur das eine große Bad benutzt haben. Die Strandhandtücher waren viel zu klein und schon dünn vom waschen. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, ist dass das Geschirr, der Backofen sowie der Grill sehr dreckig waren und wir den Grill daher auch nicht benutzt haben. Auch waren die Fenster nach vorne sehr dreckig. Wir waren nur eine Woche im dem Haus und in der Zeit hatten wir 3 verschiedene Nachbarn, da das Haus auch vermietet wird. Nur leider waren alle Nachbarn sehr laut, haben zum Teil bis morgens gefeiert. Wir haben schon oft Ferienhäuser gemietet und dieses war leider bisher das schlechteste. Ich würde dies nicht wieder mieten.

Just incredible!

This was hands down the best - stocked rental we’ve ever had. Bringing kids to the beach is so much easier and more fun when you have chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, etc. The location can’t be beat, if you’re looking for a full house with a pool, but love to be near the beach. We had the best time!

Perfect for family vacation

The house was just perfect for me, my husband, 4 year old son and my parents. I appreciated the gate around the pool. Everything we needed was either already in the house or available in a nearby Publix. All beach necessities are available at the property so you don't have to worry about bringing anything. The house was clean, kitchen fully stock. If I had to say something slightly negative it would be the wifi. It wasn't the best you're not going to this house to sit on your devices :)

Perfect vacation!

My family and I spent the week here and loved it! The house was very clean. Spacious, well stocked kitchen to cook in. Beautiful pool & dock. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants!The only downside would be the uncomfortable pillows and not enough living room seating (for our family of 6), although we really didn’t spend much time indoors so…it wouldn’t stop us from returning!

What a great stay

The house was perfect for our family!! Lived the open concept of the main living space ! The pool area was perfect after a day at the beach! Loved eating outside under the hut ! The walk to the beach was just about or under 0.2 miles ! Very very easy walk! The beach was perfect! Clean and family friendly ! So many places to eat, and enjoy ice cream with the kids throughout the week! Grocery is just over the bridge ! We walked to the cove restaurant and Patrizia’s! Very active walking and running community, and appreciated the noise ordinance so we level left like we were in a very touristy area ! We will be booking and returning in the future !

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect with nice updates and had everything we needed, including all beach gear. Great walking location to the beach and downtown area with restaurants and shops. We did and airboat tour with Swamp Monsters (highly recommend!!!) and were easily able to get an uber to and from. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Oasis in a Storm

A last minute stay to escape the wrath of hurricane Milton. Well appointed. Very easy with two dogs. Fenced yard and lovely pool which helped to relive stress. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

Good location for family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was perfect for our family. You can easily walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and then come home and jump in the pool! The home is stocked with beach toys and accessories, board games, and more. The host is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
