We had a relaxing 4 days in Hollywood beach! Accommodations were clean looked just like the listing photos. Patio is shared with two upper units which were vacant during our stay so we had it to ourselves.

Short Anniversary Trip

Our stay was only 4 nights but we completely enjoyed it! The location was quiet, convenient to the airport and steps out to the beach. It was well stocked, loved that we didn’t have to pay for beach chairs and bikes to ride. It was perfect for 2 people and we would definitely return!

Wonderful

Loved our stay! Condo is small, but efficient and the shower is amazing. The view of the ocean from the patio and walk across the broadwalk to the beach were the key for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Best location on Hollywood Beach

This place is the best! So clean with all new appliances. And everything you would need to have fun at the beach is bikes, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, toys etc

The place itself was excellent of course right on the beach in a quiet place. However I did not notice the late check in time and early checkout time. Our plane arrived super early and we asked for an early check in. Stated there was a fee and the fee was 100 if you checked in at 11am or 2pm didn't matter. To be fair we were able to store our luggage in the garage and use the bikes. You cannot request to check in until about 1/2 hr before 4pm and then was not given the code until exactly at 4pm. I just think that is a little harsh. I have never had another VRBO host do this. The place was very nice though just be mindful of the in and out times and plan accordingly.

We came to stay in Hollywood, FL for a long weekend and this was the absolute prime location. My husband and I agreed that we had booked the perfect place and enjoyed our stay so much! The views and access to the boardwalk are 1st class and the added bonus is the beach chairs and bicycles to ride around and visit all the local shops, bars and restaurants. Scott was a fantastic host and is fantastic at communicating with you during your stay. If you have any issues he will take care of them very quickly. You can tell that he takes pride in his place and it shows with the cleanliness and quality of everything in his home. We would highly recommend.

Warm Air Therapy

The studio is perfect for a couple. I honestly cannot think of what else you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The location and beach are perfect as well. We are already planning on returning next Winter, while it is cold at home.

Awsome stay right on the beach !!!

Great location right on the beach. The unit is spotless and very clean, with all new high-end appliances and fixtures. Directly on the Boardwalk with access to everything you need just steps or minutes away. You can't beat the view !!The host Scott is top-notch and easy to communicate with.I would definitely stay again

The location is awesome. Very nice interior. The parki g isn't so great. Everything else was awesome. We had such a good time.

Amazing Location

Amazing location right on Hollywood Beach. We sat on the patio and people watched for hours. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Beach is 20 steps away. Exactly as advertised.

Location! Location! Location!

Being able to step out the sliding glass doors onto the board walk and beach is worth the stay. Shawn did an amazing job furnishing this unit with upgraded kitchen and bath. Everything you need is here!

Weekend Getaway

We spent the weekend here, and it was perfect for two. The host had great communication and has put a lot of time and effort into creating an amazing space. The apartment is true to the pictures, spotless and we didn't want for anything. Bikes, beach gear, a stocked kitchen, outdoor seating, and towels were all provided. Plus everything is well taken care of and labeled for ease. The patio is beautiful - you cannot get a better view. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you for having us and for making a memorable trip!

What a great location! This 1st floor studio is amazing. Modern decor. Very clean. Communication with the owner through the VRBO app was seamless and Scott was quick to respond. We'll be back.

Awesome Beach View

My stay was wonderful. The most tidy place I have stayed. I was thankful for the labels showing where everything was. I loved waking up and opening the door to walk across the street to the beach or just sit on the patio and enjoy the view. This is at the end of the board walk so very peaceful but walking distance to restaurants. The bike and beach chair came in very handy. Plenty of places to walk to. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you for the beautiful peaceful place to stay.
