Girls weekend

Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. A little off the beaten path from shops etc. but very close to the beach which is what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Beautiful home with a Great location. Plenty of bedrooms and baths and a nice layout. The home was very clean. A short walk to the beautiful beach or the community pool. All amenities shopping and restaurants were nearby. Enjoyed our stay and thank you.

Pompano pleasant

My family & I booked this home after another owner flaked, with little notice this homeowner accommodated us mid-flight to Miami. The property is perfectly situated walking distance to a lovely beach with great restaurants. The property is lovely with everything you need to enjoy your stay & even offers a balcony to relax.

Family Beach Fun!

I rented this condo to take my family to the Beach on Spring Break. Both of my daughters and their husbands and my 6 grandchildren (Ages 2-15) stayed in this condo. It is a beautiful condo with everything that you need for a vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc. My grandchildren asked if we could live there! We loved it and hope to come back!

Lovely townhouse by the beach

14 Ocean Beach Haven is a lovely townhouse by the beach which comfortably accommodated 8 of us. It’s a block from the beach and came with plenty of beach stuff with a wagon plus bikes. It is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Management was very responsive with an AC issue which the owner addressed. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The perfect family vacation.

Nice 4 beds house, clean, nice location, great communication

This was my first time using one of these sites so I was a little skeptical but the property manager, Lars made it a pleasant stay! He was always reacheable. It is a nice 4 beds house with a location close to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella, bikes for your use. The kitchen had what I needed to serve meals. I will definitely use again.

Perfect for a big family vacation place

It was the perfect and very spacious place. Needs more kitchen tools and utensils in the kitchen for cooking, preparing food, and storing food. The manager was very nice and helpful in providing those with our request. Very easy comunication . Thank you !!!

14th & Ocean

Great stay. Property Manager (Lars) was very helpful & efficient. Property was accurate in description & photos. It’s a great location- across from ocean. There are bikes, chairs & umbrellas with a beach cart. Easy access to Pompano & elsewhere. It’s a large unit with lots of space & light. Only negatives- sofas are not very comfortable and kitchen is a little sparse. We cooked several times & it was a bit difficult. But we would easily return.

Roomy 3 story condo across from beach

As described. Lacking some basic cookware for a family like large pot and pan with lids. Big deal to know is pool is not heated. Very easy short walk to beach, very roomy, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4 bikes, beach toys and chairs, new umbrella needed. Repairs that were needed taken care of next day by irenta who manages property for owner, marketing under vrbo with each taking on significant fees.

Beautiful but lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, a 7 minute walk to the public entrance for the beach.Internet - spotty at best. Internet IS AN ISSUE if you would need to connect. Classes we had scheduled to attend virtually during our stay were not able to be attended because of internet connectivity. We used the hotspots from our personal cell phones to connect when needed.Inconveniences - there were many...All detailed in my Airbnb review.

Review of 14th Ocean Beach Heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit appeared clean and well furnished. Stairs in unit should be disclosed in description to accommodate disabled visitors. The unit was infested with termites. Issue was reported and exterminator treated, issue persisted. Dirty laundry/linens left in a bag, presumably from prior tenant.

Nice

The property was in good condition. It was not clean our socks were black from walking around in them the first day there. I couldn't mop the floor because there was no mop to use I had to use a towel and go around cleaning the floors steps. The garbage can smelled like there was a body in it, there were empty beer cans on the balconys, the kitchen sink was falling to one side so the water always lays in the corner and you have to shove it over to the drain , it says It sleeps 10 but not enough bath towels and wash clothes for 10.

They had everything only thing you needed to bring for yourself was soap and food to cook. Beautiful scenery with a balcony in every room literally. Beautiful and spotless i love the bathroom that was also in each of the bedroom.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful townhome & location - overall great value for the money.Perfect beach location to host 15 total family members for "Thanks-Swimming". Main level is wide-open and very spacious. Appliances worked perfectly. Ample countertop space. Convenient guest bathroom right next to living room. 30 second walk to pool/hot tub. 3 minute walk to beach access near Marriot resort, just 2 blocks south along A1A.Conveniently located within 2 miles of upscale grocery stores (Whole Foods, Publix), Starbucks, liquor stores, restaurants, etc.Excellent seafood dining at the Lighthouse Cove Resort directly across A1A (1 minute walk).Outstanding service from iRenta property managers before, during and even after our stay. The day after check-out, my parents realized they left some important personal items in the townhome - Runar & Oliver communicated promptly with the cleaning company and the new tenants, and were able to retrieve the items very quickly.Interior condition of townhome was clean and well-maintained, with just a few minor exceptions due to general wear & tear - baseboards & some walls could use a coat of paint, some of the door handles & toilet paper brackets were loose. However, once we noted these items in the "Hospitality" app, Oliver was quick to schedule service. Plenty of clean bed & bathroom linens (but no washcloths), about 10 beach towels stored in laundry room. Very comfortable beds in all rooms.Overall outstanding vacation for the family - we'll be back next year.Thank you Runar, Oliver and your iRenta staff!

Short walk to the beach.Condo is very spacious with many bathrooms and a nice cooking area!On the downside: location is a bit noisy being right beside a main street and a bus stop. The A/C equipment (very noisy) is at the last floor with the bedrooms so if you want to sleep in the silence, it won’t happen. Ventilation system should be subject to a major cleanup, ventilation traps are very dirty. Garage door broke in the middle of our vacation and was never repaired.Overall, very decent rental to have a good time buy the pool and have fun around the kitchen!
