Being at the townhome, we rented was a wonderful experience. We all loved it. My only complaint was that I had recent back surgery and 18 stairs between levels was a little difficult for me. They walked to the pool and the beach was ideal. The host was very accommodating. Anything we needed we immediately had.

Lars was very helpful in getting the townhouse ready for our 3 small grandchildren, making sure we had safety gates and two pack n play beds. The townhouse was spacious and well appointed. We had a great week.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Beautiful home with a Great location. Plenty of bedrooms and baths and a nice layout. The home was very clean. A short walk to the beautiful beach or the community pool. All amenities shopping and restaurants were nearby. Enjoyed our stay and thank you.

Nice

The property was in good condition. It was not clean our socks were black from walking around in them the first day there. I couldn't mop the floor because there was no mop to use I had to use a towel and go around cleaning the floors steps. The garbage can smelled like there was a body in it, there were empty beer cans on the balconys, the kitchen sink was falling to one side so the water always lays in the corner and you have to shove it over to the drain , it says It sleeps 10 but not enough bath towels and wash clothes for 10.

Nice 4 beds house, clean, nice location, great communication

This was my first time using one of these sites so I was a little skeptical but the property manager, Lars made it a pleasant stay! He was always reacheable. It is a nice 4 beds house with a location close to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella, bikes for your use. The kitchen had what I needed to serve meals. I will definitely use again.

Family Beach Fun!

I rented this condo to take my family to the Beach on Spring Break. Both of my daughters and their husbands and my 6 grandchildren (Ages 2-15) stayed in this condo. It is a beautiful condo with everything that you need for a vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc. My grandchildren asked if we could live there! We loved it and hope to come back!

Perfect for a big family vacation place

It was the perfect and very spacious place. Needs more kitchen tools and utensils in the kitchen for cooking, preparing food, and storing food. The manager was very nice and helpful in providing those with our request. Very easy comunication . Thank you !!!

Great stay. Property Manager (Lars) was very helpful & efficient. Property was accurate in description & photos. It’s a great location- across from ocean. There are bikes, chairs & umbrellas with a beach cart. Easy access to Pompano & elsewhere. It’s a large unit with lots of space & light. Only negatives- sofas are not very comfortable and kitchen is a little sparse. We cooked several times & it was a bit difficult. But we would easily return.

My family & I booked this home after another owner flaked, with little notice this homeowner accommodated us mid-flight to Miami. The property is perfectly situated walking distance to a lovely beach with great restaurants. The property is lovely with everything you need to enjoy your stay & even offers a balcony to relax.

Roomy 3 story condo across from beach

As described. Lacking some basic cookware for a family like large pot and pan with lids. Big deal to know is pool is not heated. Very easy short walk to beach, very roomy, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4 bikes, beach toys and chairs, new umbrella needed. Repairs that were needed taken care of next day by irenta who manages property for owner, marketing under vrbo with each taking on significant fees.

Lovely townhouse by the beach

14 Ocean Beach Haven is a lovely townhouse by the beach which comfortably accommodated 8 of us. It’s a block from the beach and came with plenty of beach stuff with a wagon plus bikes. It is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Management was very responsive with an AC issue which the owner addressed. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The perfect family vacation.

Townhome by the beach

The home was very nice. We had a sink backup and property management was very responsive. It could have been cleaner. There were what looked like cracker crumbs in the sofa cushions. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable for TV watching. Also the kitchen was not well stocked. There needs to more utensils in the kitchen. Despite those issues we had a wonderful time and the location to the beach was just what we wanted.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, this place was not as beautiful as it looks in photos. It was actually pretty dirty, with splatter all over the walls in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. I had to wipe some of it clean because it grossed me out to see. The floors were filthy, we had to sweep and vacuum as soon as we got there. (Tried our best to sweep with their broken broom) Stains on the bed linens, the linen on the pullout sofa was disgusting and I’m sure wasn’t clean at all. We also found cockroaches. I don’t think it’s infested with them but definitely has them. I called the number provided to ask about the pool, the man that answered was rude and said he wasn’t actually the property manager for the home. I tried using the messaging system they provided, to let them know the condition of the home and they never responded. One positive, it’s a short walk to the beach.

Condo Pompano Beach

This condo was everything the website listed. Nice, clean spacious. Within walking distance to beach, good restaurant across the street, Starbucks in one of the hotels. Swimming pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!
