What an amazing stay! This place is the perfect mix of cute and cozy yet at the same time spacious and grand. It was so relaxing—just sitting back, listening to the birds, and looking out through the huge windows at the turtle lake. Such a peaceful atmosphere. Honestly, an absolute gem and truly unique.Nothing was missing—everything was so thoughtfully prepared, from toothpaste and toothbrushes to all the little spices in the kitchen. The renovation is super cute and makes the whole place feel fresh and welcoming.

Okay, so… this place? OMG. Literal paradise. Like, I didn’t know a house could be this cool. First off — coffee. SO much coffee. I’m obsessed with espresso (Europe mom here ), and yep, they had that too. Major win.The house is this perfect mix of modern and old Florida vibes.It looks like a big renovation process was going on here. Everything smelled fresh, the beds were sooo comfy, and the view from the big window? Ugh, gorgeous. There’s this cute lake with turtles everywhere (yes, we talked to them), iguanas just chilling, and one night… a raccoon just casually walking by like he owned the place.Then on next night, she brought her 3 babies. It looks like the mom wanted to show off. My favorite thing? Swinging on the swing or lying in the hammock, listening to the little waterfalls. Everything is green and peaceful — no noise, no cars zooming by, just nature. And the pool? Not some boring rectangle like in Europe or all those little houses around I saw when I was searching that all look the same, and too many renters around. Nope. This one has the CUTEST shape, and a great jacuzzi. Loved it.We were 4 people, had the best time, and we’re literally changing our flight tickets so we can come back here after our 2 week cruise. Totally worth the money. I am not saving on this at all. This is 100% my dream stay so far. For the owner or managers of this place. Great job to all of you…such nice Italian paint on the walls, the fireplace is cute addition we enjoyed.

A Total Dream Escape! This Vrbo is an absolute *gem*! It’s everything you could ever want in a holiday home. I was completely blown away by the serene atmosphere and the host’s insane attention to details. The fully stocked coffee station—Italian espresso machine, K-Cup, drip, you name it—had me in love from the start. Plus, the host left water, snacks, and a killer bottle of red wine. Talk about rolling out the welcome mat! The house itself? Straight-up stunning. Picture a gorgeous Victorian-style vibe with chic Italian plaster walls that give it this cozy yet luxurious feel. The real showstopper, though, is the jaw-dropping pool—hands down the best I’ve ever seen—and a natural lake surrounding the property that’s pure magic. It’s like stepping into a postcard! Our group, all about yoga and meditation, found our zen here. The outdoor space is next-level: waterfalls humming in the background for our morning meditation sessions, plus hammocks and swings tucked into the lush garden that made every moment feel like a warm hug from nature. This isn’t a party pad—it’s a tranquil, high-end retreat that feels like your own private resort. My crew and I are already counting down the days until we can come back. There is no such an amazing property as this one!

Valentina's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat, and at the same time the property is secluded, romantic, and gorgeous! Valentina is such a gracious lady and she was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and again! I would always recommend this unique place to all my colleagues and friends.

Low Key Bachelorette Trip

Found this beautiful home when looking for accommodations for a bachelorette trip for my sister. The privacy, provided by the abundance of natural vegetation, was exactly what I was looking for--my sister said it felt like we were in a jungle. The home was spacious with multiple rooms and sleeping areas. Being that this property is an old Florida compound, there are parts of the home that are a little dated, but we had no issues while we were there. The owner was able to accommodate an early check in so we could get the home "decorated" before the bride arrived and was super communicative leading up to our trip, answering all sorts of questions that I had. This is a wonderful home and I would definitely come back if my plans take me to Fort Lauderdale.

Great Retreat

The property is huge, tons of wildlife, great pool. We even saw a air show in the sky! Owners were so kind, great couple, would recommend to anyone looking for a low key get away. Great value for the money.

Ahhh, where do I start? First impressions- excellent location, nice quiet area. We live in Florida so we are familiar with the beauty of our state. We pulled in front of the house and all of us were in awe. Huge driveway, we don’t have to park on the street! There were 2 houses- main house has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, living area, formal dining room and huge kitchen. Since I mentioned kitchen- the host even made sure that we had our favorite coffee (Nespresso)! The appliances were new and clean - coffee machines, refrigerator, toaster- they had it all! Second house has a smaller kitchen and a living room area on the first floor and an awesome bedroom on the second. Outside is paradise with an oversized custom pool complete with a sundeck and beautiful lighting. On the other side of the house is a gorgeous lake - trees and other plants create a sense of enchantment. The deck has different levels - outdoor lighting to each level, to eliminate tripping hazards. Adorable ducks and turtles we got to feed! Another deck (you have to walk through a cute little bridge to get there) feels nestled in the landscape and make the deck seem like it's in the middle of nowhere -even though it's just feet from the house. The OTHER deck has 2 seating areas. One is a high top table, under the palm trees, we enjoyed our lunch there. Huge yard, so much to do! Every area of the house was immaculately clean, the sheets and towels smelled amazing. The host had EVERYTHING you might need available- there is shampoo and conditioner, washer and drier, great Wi-Fi, 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, an iron and a blow drier. Thank you, Valentina, for being a fascinating host! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Hosts, Amazing Property

If you think the pictures make the house look great, just wait till you get there, they don’t even do it justice. The property was much bigger than we thought, so many things to do and so much space for everybody. Perfect place for a large group to go to. The kitchen and living room are big, the guest house is awesome, the pool is big and heated, and the garage has a lot of essentials like bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and cornhole. Very clean house, host provides everything you need and more and is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The host is also very honest, which my group really appreciated. Again, the house was so big and had so much to do that my group joked that we wouldn’t mind if we couldn’t go to the beach the whole week cause we would never run out of things to do at the house. Would definitely recommend to anybody, especially a big group, looking for a great getaway.

Wonderland in Paradise

It was so much more than we have expected. Two amazing old Florida-style houses(but clean and smelled nice with everything you need inside), a big tropical lagoon-style pool, and huge property to explore. You are in the middle of the city, but hear nothing, but nature.., no cars or noises, just birds ...we came to relax and we got it. We followed the rules of No noise after 10 pm and made the host very happy. Host, Valentina was always responsive and help us with orientation and all questions we had. The property was well organized and clean, at night time the special lights came up, it was like a magic place. Totally recommend it for an amazing experience and relaxation!

This place is really so unique..

I can’t say enough about it…it’s a quiet, clean, spacious, and calming place. It’s huge and there is a lot to do on the whole property. It is very near to all the lovely restaurants and bars of Wilton Manors Drive. Nicely renovated bridges, decks, and patio, but one of the best things was feeding all those turtles and dusk. The pool is probably one of the biggest in the area. You could tell that Valentina made sure that every detail is perfect. She accommodated us on short notice, she is very helpful and communicates swiftly. Everything inside both houses smells clean(which was very important for the ladies in my party), the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the little treats- we got. A small candles, wine, and chocolates. In the bath, we got bath bombs and toothbrushes with toothpaste. This is a retreat! It has everything you will need, amazing hosts and a lot of privacy. Would highly recommend it for older families without kids. Since we should keep it quiet:-) If you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the hubbub and tourists to relax, then this is your place!

Tropical Oasis

Casa Valenti is a destination in itself. The houses and grounds are like being on your own little island. The pool is great night or day. Valentina and Georg are great hosts and seem dedicated to keeping the property as a quiet serene nature retreat.We came down to visit or son in Miami and this will be our go to destination from now on. Can't thank them enough.

Overall my group had a nice time staying here. The location is convenient and there was a lot to on the property with the swimming pool, lake, etc. However, the neighbor(s) complained about us regarding items out of our control and had people visit the house to try to discuss. The owners also visited the house on a few occasions unannounced.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect

This property is amazing! There's a main house, guest house, bar, lake, pool, 2 full kitchens, bicycles, gazebo, canoe, outdoor speaker systems. My family and I had the best time just playing music and hanging out by the lake! There were 10 of us (including my 1 year old nephew) and we all slept comfortably! Publix, Walgreens and the mall was less then a 10 min drive. We were also very close to Sunrise Blvd and the Interstate! Valentina was so responsive! She checked on us, gave property updates constantly and was a pleasure to work with. When we arrived she sent over Conrad to show us how to work lights and where extra blankets were stashed and he told us how to feed the ducks & turtles. YES, THERE STE DUCKS & TURTLES ON SITE! This is just an amazing property! You do not have to leave to have a good time! It's a vibe all by itself! I would totally plan another trip to Ft. Lauderdale just to spend one night here!

Just one example, I did not feel like the grill at the property could accommodate the 5 massive ribeye steaks I bought for our family of 5 .. that very day the dropped-off a brand new grill !!

Amazing location

This rental was great! It worked out perfect for our group. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect. A nice hidden gem not far from the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to that area.

Lazy Lakes has two houses on one property with an amazing pool and lots of space.

Super easy and a huge bonus that the owners communication is superb!!! Kitchen supplies were top notch and the lines smelled very fresh!
