Es importante las personas que se hospedarán en este hotel estén consientes del error ya que tienen pobre servio al cliente. Cobran por estacionamiento, por utilidades como por ejemplo toallas, agua y facilidades de la piscina adicionales a los gatos del hotel. Mucho cuidado y ojo. Lugar no recomendable. No seguro para hospedarse

Deben mejorar y serian excelente!
Estuvo muy bien la atencion y la habitacion tipo estudio fue super comoda, lo unico es que en hoteles.com decia vista al mar y la habitacion fue vista parcial al mar. La atencion en la playa estuvo muy presionada con el chico porque tenia que recorger a las 6pm y desde 2 horas antes decia que iban a recoger, en cuanto al servicio de restaurant para la playa no hay, hay que ir personalmente al restaurant y fue horrible la comida, personalmente me cayo mal en el estomago y salio supeerrr costoso, solo eran dos cocteles y dos appetizer y todo salio y casi $80 , me impresiono el precio con relacion a la mala calidad de los alimentos y bebidas!, la atencion de recepcion fue excelente. Deberian tomar en cuanta mejorar la limpieza de la piscina y la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas del restaurant asi como el precio de estos mismos. Importante, la escalera para bajar a la playa no esta terminada, llega a la mitad y luego tiene unas bolsas de tierra un poco resbaladiza, pienso que puede causar alguna caida a las personas que bajan a la playa en esa unica via.

Todo muy limpio y muy buen trato de todo el personal Me hubiera gustado q tuviera un bar disponible y espacio tienen Lo peor q la salida a la Playa está en muy malas condiciones siendo difícil para personas mayores mujeres embarazadas o incluso para los trabajadores q tienen q bajar con la sombrilla

El resort esta totalmente remodelado, muy lindas las habitaciones, confortables y muy tranquilo. El único detalle es que no hacen la limpieza de los cuartos diariamente. Al preguntar me dijeron que cada 3er día cambiaban toallas y entraban a limpiar botes de basura.

The breakfast was all carbs. No protein or fruit. Very disappointing. Also valet parking wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel. $25 per day for Deerfield!!! This isn’t a city location. Hotel and rooms were very nice.

If you want to enjoy yourself? Do not stay hear. Customer service and satisfaction is not part of their mission statement. Rooms are designed by an artist not an architect. No drawers, no closet. Tv on top of you! Sand everywhere! The processes are so annoying you have to have your credit card available for everything no room charging... everything's a pain in the ass. Good luck getting fresh towels that was a 2-hour procedure. I get it the world's all technology now but if I'm in my room at a hotel I'm not going to an app to try to get something done. I want to talk to somebody which is not the way they do things. Finally the continental breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. what is that? I had a business meeting at 8:00 a.m. had to go to a gas station for coffee.

Very unpleasant experience, room was dirty, did not feel like welcomed guests. Every staff encounter was uncomfortable, there seemed to be no knowledge about hospitality.

Great small hotel, only thing i would change is the overnight parking charge and obligatory valet parking, this was more of an inconvenience for us rather than beneficial, we had to wait for the vehicle and felt that going out was trouble, i would gladly pay parking privileges but ha e my own access to the vehicle without having to ask for it

No common areas, dirty. Accessible to the public with limited security at the front desk. Loud and very oddly shaped rooms some without windows!!! One of the staff members and the valet service staff were lovely but the others not at all helpful or well trained. The beachfront is spectacular but not the premises.

Our stay was great ! The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star rating was because they wouldn’t let us bring our cooler to the beach, the drinks are extremely expensive, and check in took a little long. Other than that the hotel is beautiful, the staff was very polite, our room was spacious and chic, and I love the access to the pool and beach!

If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is clean with VERY basic amenities BUT, is right on the beach, this is the place for you! The rooms are not equipped with phones to contact concierge. Instead, you'll have to download an app. There is no iron and ironing board in the rooms...you'll have to either go to the front desk to request one, or use an app. Water pressure in the showers is minimal, but it works! Lastly (and while this is understandable) upon my arrival, the hotel had to shut down the water for the day due to a repair. Then, after the water was turned back on, the key card system stopped working for approx. 24hrs! Therefore, the person at the front desk had to constantly accompany guests to their rooms in order to open the door for them. I gave this property a 5 star review simply because of the cost. For two nights, plus airfare from NYC, I paid less than $500.00 and it was right on the beach!

Huge room with a full ensuite off the bedroom. Huge living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The only downside was the tiny balcony on the side. The room itself was well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great pool, excellent restaurant. Spotless clean everywhere. All in all a really nice place to spend a few relaxing days and nights.

I feel like I was catfished, the pictures were definitely a lot better than the hotel. It was just wore down… all the staff were always on the phones, most were less than friendly and rude. The restaurant sucked, very over priced food, that was just less than par. If it tasted good, then I wouldn’t have cared. The older waitress in there had me waiting for 30 min (no one else was working) for my pick up order because she had a “doctor appt and her health was more important”. When I went to the front desk to complain the girl, who was on her phone, told me to maybe ask for a manager because she didn’t know what to do. I hated there was no vending machines, there was no where to buy water. The location wasn’t great, there was nothing close. The beach photos were also way better than the actual beach. The showers were weird with a half “wall” type and no shower curtain. We ended up checking out a day early because it was just a less than great experience.

I booked a 3 nights stay here and thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hillsboro and the neighboring towns. The beach is right behind the resort and the pool area was very nice. However, the room was very dirty and the floors were not mopped prior to check-in. I didn’t get a room with a balcony and the windows wouldn’t open so the room smelled of mold and dust. The rooms definitely look nicer in pictures than in person. The common areas were well taken care of but I felt very uncomfortable with the room I was assigned, especially considering how dirty the floors were. There is a complimentary breakfast but the options are very limited and not filling. Overall, I liked the location but I would not return to this resort again.
