"Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. "We had a fabulous time staying at this cabin. We saw a herd of elk, plenty of deer and beautiful birds! The furnishings and cleanliness were fantastic! Having coffee and spices on site was so appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to others and hope to visit again someday! Christie"

"What a lovely little cabin. This was exactly as presented online and had extra amenities that weren’t listed. The view out the windows of the cabin was across a meadow with a creek running through it and green tree covered mountains in the background. In three days we saw elk in the meadow 5 times. Excellent common areas and air hockey was a fan favorite too. Highly recommended! "

"Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm."
