Wonderful place and super location
Great place! Very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials. All 3 bedrooms were large; king beds super comfortable. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Location was perfect- very short walk to New Belgium Brewery and bit over a mile to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of on street parking plus had use of the 2 car garage. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and Beautifully decorated!
We stayed for our one night in Ft Collins. Check-in was easy. The place was very clean. Comfortable beds. Decorated really cute! On the edge of town...we came from Cheyenne and it was so easy to find. We drove down to old town for food and entertainment....too far for us to walk but some people might try to walk it. If we come back to Ft Collins we would book this place again. I wish every VRBO was like this one.

Smith Wedding
We needed a place in Fort Collins that could accommodate my husband and myself and our daughter and her husband. It made it easy to have meals in-between all of the pre and post wedding events. It is in excellent condition. It is close to downtown Fort Collins and walking distance to the New Belgium Brewery which was fun to go to on the weekend.

Great Place to Spend Time Away From Home
Great home away from home. Location is great to Old Town, Food and Shopping. Nicely decorated. Comfortable living space and bedrooms are very spacious. Very quite area. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location & great neighborhood!!
Beautiful townhouse! It was spacious for all 4 of us! Beds were super comfy ! Loved having TVs in all the bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. The owner was very receptive and very helpful. Perfect quite neighborhood! Soo close to old town n all the wonderful shops and restaurants!!

Easy booking and nice place
House was clean and close to all the bars and restaurants in Foco. Didn't speak much with the host, but wasn't a bad thing as that is my preference, however they were quick to reply whenever i did need to talk with them.

Loved the location and everything about the residence. Description is spot on. If you plan on using the pull-out bed…. You might go sideways. Slept well the 2nd and 3rd nights!

Great Short-Term Rental
Very responsive owner. If you’re looking for a place to stay during your time in Fort Collins, look no further. Clean, comfortable bedding, provided Tide pods, toiletries, paper products. Christmas 2021 in FOCO
This is the second time we have rented this property from Justin. It is just as pictured in the photos and a perfect setup for several couples or a family with children. Each of the three bedrooms has it’s own private bathroom which is wonderful. The property was very clean and the entire process was very easy. Justin is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive. The location is close to town which allowed us to walk there every day. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Thank you again for your hospitality.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beads were super comfortable. The location was close to downtown and the university. We will stay here again.

Family Reunion Weekend in Fort Collins
This property worked out GREAT ! My cousin who lives in Ft Collins hosted an 80-th bday party / mini family reunion for her mother / my aunt. Family came in from different states to meet at their place out at Horsetooth Reservoir. 3 of the couples that travelled in from out of state stayed at this property. Was great to have a place that was 3 master suites w en-suite bathrooms. Lots of privacy for that, but a nice big family room / open kitchen for plenty of space to hang out and play games and get caught up. 10 min walk to New Belgium Brewery, 15 min walk to the all the shops bars and restaurants in old town / downtown area. All in all great setup and a great weekend.

Great Family/Couples Retreat
Great accommodations with beautifully updated bathrooms connected to each king bed room. Two bedrooms upstairs and one on main floor. Full kitchen with appliances/supplies. Large island with 6 seats for eating. Two car garage, but no outdoor seating area. Clean and comfy.

Everything was PERFECT!
This property was perfect for our family of four with two teens. We were able to park our vehicle and use our bikes to commute in five minutes to the Poudre River trail and downtown Ft Collins. New Belguim Brewery is just down the toad too. The kitchen was supplied with just the right amount of cookware to make dinners at “home”. Overall five stars!!

Great consulting location
We hosted a LifePlan facilitator for three days at the property and it was just an ideal location - professional, inviting, but quiet and private. We took many walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed the location being close to Old Town and teh best of Fort Collins. Justin was super helpful helping us assess the property and making suggestions. We appreciated the large bedrooms, the laundry and the clean modern kitchen.

Family Time
Our family just spent 3 1/2 days at 851 Baum #D rental in Fort Collins, CO. We had a great visit in a very lovely town home. The locations is very convenient to "Old Town" which has some of the best shopping and restaurants. It also is a short distance to Colorado State University. The town home is in an up and coming location of beautiful town homes and apartments. It is very accessible to many major streets in Fort Collins. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We had no problem parking in front of the town home, even though a 2-car garage is available to use. The owners have gone out of their way to make this town home very homey. This 3-bedroom town home is decorated very nicely. The owners put a lot of time and thought into every room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in each room. Every room had its own TV which was great towards the end of the evening. Justin was very easy to work with. We had no problems or issues. If looking for a place to stay, make sure his one is at the top of your list for vacation get together. Scrap-booking girls, this would be ideal for the weekend get away. the island is huge for spreading out your stuff and working. Brides, this would be a great place to host a bridal party weekend. College parents visiting their children, this is the place to stay. Be sure to visit the Perennial Garden at the University Center for the Arts. It is lovely! Also, a short drive is Horsetooth Reservoir, located the foothills west of town. This too is a beautiful drive with spectacular views. Don't forget golfers there is plenty of great courses to play while visiting Fort Collins. Remember keep this town home at the top of your list for visiting Fort Collins, CO Justin is wonderful to work with and keeps his property very neat and clean. Thank You Family Time from SD

It was a great place to stay, the unit was clean and with new furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Justin was very easy to get ahold of and accommodating. The place was set up with items we didn't have to run to the store first. Great location to Old Town.
