Comfortable Stay
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely and quiet duplex. The kitchen and dining room afforded wonderful meals and board games. Most of all, the mattresses and bed pillows were super and enjoyed a good nights rest every night! Thank you Mountain Time Vacation Rentals. Gloria V.

Great place to stay for csu visits
I stayed here overnight when I brought my dog to the csu vet hospital. The location was great and communication with Stacey was very good—she accommodated all our needs and even let us check in early!

Memory Lane in Fort Colins
We stayed here four years ago, so it was like coming home. We lived in Ft Collins from 1968 -1972 and like to visit from Texas when we can. The location was so convenient for traveling in Ft Collins. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked, inviting, and just what we needed for our stay. Will hopefully be able to stay here again

Fabulous Accomodation
This 2 BDRM unit is in a great neighborhood, was extremely clean with comfortable beds. The cruiser bikes are in excellent condition and we had a blast cruising around the city. Stacy & team pay attention to details, kitchen is well equipped and they even provide moisturizing shampoo and soap to ease you into the dry CO climate. Highly recommend!

Good for little stay
Definitely an awesome stay for a short term. Only issue was the fact that you pay a pet fee, yet there are signs that say if there is pet hair you will be charged another fee. That didn’t make much sense. Other than that, no issues whatsoever. Would recommend.

Review
It was a pretty good place, walls are thin, we could hear extracurricular activities one night, we just turned up the volume of the TV. I read the contract prior to paying and it did not say we had to take our dog every time we left. After I paid it said we did, whatever. We abided by their rules, the ceiling leaked ever time we took a shower.

Beats a hotel
If you just need a place to crash while in Ft. Collins this is it. You can have great access to downtown, cook your own meals, do laundry and not pay an arm and a leg.

Super Clean!!!!
Stacy has a great property and it is extremely clean! We enjoyed our stay. As someone not familiar with Fort Collins- it was not walkable to Old Town but it was an easy, quick Uber to get there

Perfect stay
Great location! Only a few minutes from downtown and all the action. VERY clean and comfy townhome setting backed up to a really nice neighborhood to walk the pooches around. The townhome was spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Quiet, convenient and clean
I had a great stay. I was able to extend the stay 5 days due to my plans changing. Management company was timely with responses and friendly. Place was clean and nicely decorated. I assumed there would be a fenced in area for my dog, but the lawn areas were nice for enjoying the outdoor weather. Very convenient and central location. Would stay again or recommend to folks visiting.

Beautiful home and fit the description to a T.
Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. Only concern was that there was a big snow (20+) inches and 12 hours later no one had come to shovel us out...was hard getting my 4 wheel drive vehicle out of the driveway...but we still had a great stay!

Thanks, Tom! Being the 4th largest snowstorm on record we had ALOT of snow to shovel, to say the least. We did our best to get to all homes as quick as we could. Thanks for your patience!

Fort Collins vaca
Convenient comfortable bungalow near Old Town Fort Collins. The neighborhood was quiet with easy walking. No frills, has basic cooking supplies but we didn’t use them. Very comfy beds! The shower head is low, might be an issue if you are a tall person but ok for us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Holiday stay
Good location, clean property. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen, but had to supply our own paper towels, foil, spices, those kinds of things that I've begun to take for granted at this kind of property. I would stay there again.

Nice place
This was clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize it was a duplex but that didn’t really matter. It was clean and the shower was good. It would be nice if a ceiling fan would be in the bedroom(s) as we are used to that. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Good Stay
The property is clean and well maintained. There were only a few things that might have been approved on. We stayed for 2 weeks and I would say the kitchen has minimal furnishings. There were only 3 coffee mugs but 7 bowls. It wasn’t a problem for us because my husband is the only coffee drinker but it could be a problem for some people staying here. We didn’t attempt to cook here and think that might have been difficult with the utensils available. But I do say we never contacted the hostess about if and feel sure she would have done something about it if asked. The bed in the larger bedroom made so much noise getting in and out of my husband and I slept in different rooms so we didn’t disturb each other. It is a good convenient location and would probably stay here again although we felt it was a bit expensive for what we got.

Wonderful location, Near CSU & Old Town
The Townhouse was clean, attractive and in a great location. Beds were comfortable, location was perfect for biking to Old Town, to the breweries and on the nearby trail. Appreciated having a home we could bring our dog along. The yard of the property is shared with the other lovely units and is not fenced entirely, so you will need to keep your pup on a leash. Parking was easy and Lucky Market and other grocery stores were quick as easy to get too.

Great place to stay. Close to CSU and Old Town
I came to stay at Stacy's place in April. She was very flexible with the early check in time, which I truly appreciated. The house was clean crisp and neat as a pin. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to everything. I ended up extending my stay and it was seamless. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Stacy!

A Visit to see our Daughter!
Our daughter attends CSU and we wanted to stay in a comfortable home that allowed our pets and was close to campus. This property was perfect! We were able to check in early and the place fit our family perfect. It was very clean and close to everything. Beds were extremely comfortable and there is a large television in the family area. We were able to relax all together and be comfortable for the weekend. We will definitely return to this property again. Thank you so much!

Great stay
Check in process was easy. Rental was very clean and efficient. One issue arose during our stay and owner took care of promptly. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to renting from owner in near future

Marathon stay
Traveled to Ft. Collins to cheer on our daughter for 1/2 marathon & stayed here. Very enjoyable, clean & comfortable. My husband enjoyed acces to bikes. Suggestion would be to provide olive oil for cooking & detergent to wash a load. Would definitely stay again & recommend.
