Super Nice

Above and beyond amazing place to stay!!
From the very beginning after booking, the host, John, was attentive and made our stay personal. The attention to detail within the apartment made it obvious that they want their renters to have a comfortable and special experience. The place was clean from top to bottom, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and little 'extras' like cold drinks in the fridge and a variety of shampoos/soaps in the shower were a plus!! The location is excellent - very quiet neighborhood, but only minutes from the cool downtown FoCo. There were well-maintained bikes to use and there were trails all around to use them on. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning our next trip.

Cleanest stay ever!
What a great rental - the cleanest place we have ever stayed! The living areas are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has every appliance and supply you would need. The rooms are big and comfortable and have plenty of space to unpack and set your things up. Loved the drying rack in each room - a feature I never knew I was missing but now want! Really they have thought of everything here. John was a caring and attentive host. During the 2 days of snowfall, the walk was shoveled and cared for. He took extra notice of making sure we were safe. With family just under a mile away, the location was perfect for us. Driving to town and stores is very close but also the location is quiet with beautiful views. We will surely be back!

Quiet, well appointed, serene setting
We were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and well stocked kitchen including milk, sweet rolls, coffee and tea waiting for us. Super quiet and nicely decorated. Host was great and would love to stay here again.

Convenient Getaway
The apartment was a comfortable, roomy and well-equipped "home base" when we visited our CSU student during a hectic Family/Homecoming Weekend -- campus is nearby but we also appreciated it as a quiet getaway close to trails and the great outdoors. We loved the extra perk of having morning coffee on the patio among the flowers, sunshine and fall foliage. John is a warm and communicative host -- thank you for helping us make new happy memories in Fort Collins!

Perfect place for our family

Sept stay
Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, convenient & just as pictured. It had everything we needed. John & his wife were terrific hosts, friendly & responsive. The gardens were beautiful. My husband borrowed a bike to ride downtown. The location was close to everything & in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Ft Collins. Thanks John!

Raises the bar for other VRBOs
You won’t stay in a cleaner, neater, or better stocked STR. John and his wife have thought of everything and then some. Fresh croissants, several gourmet coffees and teas, bowls of candy placed here and there; extra towel sets; super comfy bed; even a selection of slippers at the door for your tired or cold feet. The landscaping is a sight to behold—lush plants and vibrant colors everywhere you look. A quiet neighborhood, quiet but attentive hosts, and an apartment that feels like home (right after someone has cleaned it from top to bottom). Highly recommend!

Fort Collins apartment

Extreme Hospitality
We stayed for three nights after the arrival of a grandson. When we arrived, the hosts were there to greet us. The place was furnished with about everything you might have forgotten at home and then some. The refrigerator was stocked with treats and milk for coffee, and the hosts even had wine available. A very pleasant and easy stay.

Great home away from home

Clean, comfortable and quaint
Communication with the property’s owner was pleasant and seamless. They are extremely thoughtful and have appointed this apartment with many helpful and thoughtful touches. Beautiful flower beds greeted us with a riot of colors as did the vase of fresh cut flowers from the garden inside. Lights were left on for us as we arrived after dark. The apartment is very spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, a lovely variety of coffee was provided. We were pleasantly surprised with the milk in the fridge, along with 2 beers, 2 chilled mugs and lovely pastries! The location is wonderful, you feel as if you are in the country but it’s just a quick few minutes trip to CSU or the heart of FOCO. The walking/biking trails nearby were a delight to explore, we took in all the beautiful fall colors and crisp fall morning air. All in all a lovely stay, we will be back!

Very Roomy & Clean place close to Ft Collins.
Extremely roomy place with everything that you may need. The hosts even had breakfast sweet rolls and milk in the refrigerator to make the first morning easy. Every kind of coffee pot with variety of coffees provided. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. It was so pleasant to enjoy the peaceful evenings while surrounded by many gardens of flowers. I would certainly choose this roomy apartment again. Comfy beds and plenty of linens too. Many cooking appliances available. A peaceful place, yet close to Ft Collin's activities. Thanks!

Wedding in LaPorte, Co. location was great.
We attended a wedding outside of LaPorte so the location of the rental was convenient. The rental was very roomy and clean , the kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of parking spaces. The security light outside was a little too sensitive when sitting on the patio at night it comes on with every move.

Classy Joint
I've stayed at many VRBOs. All of them completely adequate for my needs. This exceeded them, appointed with high quality towels, linens, dishes, etc. The spacious lower level apartment felt private, with separate access and yet with hosts readily available. John and Lisa were responsive both before and during our stay. Very nicely decorated inside and out. And they left cinnamon rolls and milk! Very thoughtful and appreciated. Would highly recommend for adults traveling to Ft Collins area.

Summer trip
This was one of the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. So many neat little touches. Loved having the ice cream in the refrigerator and coffee cake waiting for us. The flowers outside are absolutely gorgeous. The owners could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. Hopefully we will be back again.

The unit is a fully functionning large apartment, with wonderful beds and a fully stocked kitchen. They have games, a comfortable living room, and all sorts of things for tourists. The owner was generous with assistance as well as providing snacks and drinks. I will stay here every toime I am in Fort Collins.

We were in town for a family wedding and found this property because it was close to the wedding venue in Laporte, CO. We absolutely loved staying here. It provided all the comforts of home and more! It was also very close to Old Town. It was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Next time we are in town, we will be looking at this property again. First of all let me say I have stayed at numerous Vrbo/airb&b and this is one of the best!. John and Lisa are friendly, great communicators and have a lovely property. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would recommend their place to stay in Ft. Collins. Lots of extra goodies also.
