Lynn was a very kind host! Her property is lovely and the location is ideal for all activities in the area. She has all you need to prep meals and relax. It’s easily accessible for days in RMNP and the Loveland Ft Collins areas.

It was such an amazing place to stay! Close enough to walk into town, 15 minute drive from the airport, and about an hour from Rocky Mountain National Park. It was so cozy and just walking in you felt right at home, with personal touches found everywhere. The outdoor area was quiet and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Lynn was amazing and had good, clear communication the whole time. We definitely plan on staying here again!

The cutest perfect place

Loved this place! Perfect cozy place, great location, the outdoor patio area is perfect to relax, literally fell asleep on the little couch outside listening to the water feature. Has everything you would need. Seriously just the cutest place

Loveland Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is a perfect jump off point for travel to many front range destinations. The apartment, while compact, is very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for basic meal preparation. A bonus - the host’s garden is gorgeous! Lynn is a great host and provided a lot of information about the area. We’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely Home

I booked this listing as a present to my fiance for his return from the military. I loved the garden from the pictures and let me tell you, it's gorgeous in person. The home owner, Lynn, wasn't present for the first day, a very kind woman named Annika showed us around and helped us with finding the parking spot. She even gave us a nice welcome basket Lynn had set up for us with wine and snacks. Something that isn't shown in the listing is how small the inside is. It wasn't a problem for me, and luckily it was just us two which made it much more cozier and romantic, but my fiance had to duck in most of the house since he couldn't fit lol. If you stand above 6'1, you might have some difficulties. Something else to mention is that the listing says something about a hot tub, but I couldn't find one on the property. I wasn't interested so I didn't speak to Lynn about it, but maybe it was put away since the weather is getting colder. As mentioned, Lynn does live on the property, however, the listing is separate from her part of the home, and you have complete privacy. The home had everything we needed, Lynn has various items available such as soap and utensils, we were even able to use the grill on the patio and enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating dinner! Overall, I would give this listing 10/10, we had a wonderful time, and the beautiful garden and great amenities made it worth much more than I paid. Thank you again Lynn for such a great weekend!

Short getaway in Loveland

It was a perfect getaway in Northern Colorado. The apartment was as cute as described including the amazing garden area. Lynn's poetry was a nice touch to go with all the artwork. We also enjoyed how close this was to the downtown area with the great local restaurants - completely walkable.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful … so peaceful to sit on the little screened in porch and listen to the water in the tiny pond. I could relax in the cozy apartment and the bed was very comfortable! It was record heat outside but the air conditioning worked very well. loved it and will definitely stay again

Nice to find a Peaceful Space

Little Bit of Heaven

What a great place to stay! It's located central to some amazing places to visit. Lynn is an amazing Host and was very communicative and her Gardens are beautiful surrounding the house, We have to say the bed was so comfortable, not the norm in other rentals for sure. a good nights sleep makes for happy visitors, We'd come back to her Little bit of Heaven!

The Host, facility and the gardens were all wonderful! Administratively, I had a problem. VRBO did not get the host contact information to me and my host was not at home when I arrived. After I got connected with the host, it was a perfect stay!

Pleasant

My husband was part of the Sculpture in the park at Benson sculpture garden. This location was great for close location to that and to good restaurants down town. It was nice to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful gardens and for the xtra treats left on our doorstep by the owner
