Loved the Home & Great Location
Really enjoyed our stay. The home is located so close to downtown Fort Collins. You can walk anywhere. The amenities provided in the home were perfect. We will definitely book here again when we visit. Wonderful host with great communication.

Great place
The property was very well appointed. Especially enjoyed the 1905 house with some of the original features and then everything updated and very comfortable. Location is so convenient to Old Town Fort Collins and neighborhood is lovely. Would definitely recommend this property as well as other properties Harriet manages as we were in Fort Collins for a family get together and other family members stay in a large house and it was well done as well.

Great Place and Location
This property was very sweet. Exceptionally well appointed, designed, stocked. It was obvious care and thought were both in play in creating this space for VRBO. Everything was lovely. The location is super walkable to Downtown/OldTown/Campus, and we took advantage of it all. Lovely porch and back patio. It made our week away visiting Fort Collins very comfortable and special. Harriet was always within our reach and communicated to us promptly. Highly recommend this spot!

Great Little Place
Exactly as pictured, well stocked kitchen, close to campus and great location. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Very responsive host when there was a problem with door code. This was our second time staying here, would recommend.

Weekend in Fort Collins
Great walkable location. Charming cottage duplex built in 1895 remodeled for modern comfort but keeping the original charm intact. Just as described, wonderfully appointed and spotlessly clean.

FOCO hospitality
Super clean. Excellent location for access to CSU campus. A/C blew cold…necessary when it was hot outside. The porch was a bonus. Beds were comfortable although I prefer a softer pillow. Shower water was hot which is always a pleasant amenity. Harriet is very responsive and in my case very flexible,

Excellent location and layout
Wonderful home with quality furninshings and big kitchen, and comfy bed. Nicely spacious with high ceilings and a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Fort Collins. Loved it!

Great place and location!
I enjoyed my stay here - clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Only problem I had was the wrong code was sent to me to unlock the door and get in the house - two numbers were switched around. Fortunately, my daughter thought to transpose the numbers and we got in. Also, I don't think Harriet's phone number was ever listed on the emails so I couldn't call her. If it was, then my bad! (My connection to VRBO was messing up on my phone so that certainly wasn't the owner's fault, but I couldn't contact her that way either). Lesson learned to always get the cell number and put it in my contacts! This really is a great place to stay and I would stay here again. Thanks!

Thanks Dawn! I do think VRBO puts my phone number on the reservation, but of course if your phone was acting fussy, it could be a problem:)). Thankfully we got in touch with each other and it all worked out! I look forward to your next visit in Ft Collins...

A great front porch to enjoy a cocktail...
What a great house, much more than we had expected. We were in town to drop off a freshman at CSU, opted to rent a home versus a hotel to some room to spread out. The house is well equipped. Coffee machine with coffee, big fridge with an ice maker, big towels. Enjoyed a cocktail while sitting on the front porch on a rainy afternoon.

Heaven!!
Imagine a place so perfect you don’t want to ever leave. Perfect spot away from home to work from home. My husband and I stayed for weeks and loved every minute. Walked each evening to the college gardens, had cocktails on the porch, grilled in the backyard with our son and his girlfriend, played tennis nearby and took full advantage of the trails and hiking around Fort Collins and northern Colorado.. The place is marvelous. Thank you, Harriet, for sharing this with us!

Right at Home
This house was a perfect for our Thanksgiving visit to family...we felt right at home. The house is thoughtfully renovated and well appointed to feel comfortable and welcome. It lacked nothing. We were there ina snow storm, the house was warm and cozy, and appreciated the off street parking. The location is terrific. A lovely quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops and amenities. Our host made check in and communication easy and made us feel welcome. Great stay.

Perfect for us.
The rental is as pictured; clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for small meals. The location was perfect for my college kids to stop by during the day for coffee or food. We went to visit them and this unit was a wonderful place to hang out, sleep, eat and get to old town easily. Harriet the manager was great. Helpful but left you alone. Would def. stay again.

Great visit!
Beautifully decorated and spa like inside. Relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. Nestled in walking distance from CSU and tons of places to eat in historic Ft Collins. Owners are easy to work with and make it special. Highly recommend.

Fun in Fort Collins
After an early, short confusion about the location of the property, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property was in excellent condition, extremely clean and in a wonderful neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping and cultural locations. It was easy to get to from the Denver Airport via Groome Transporation and we could walk everywhere. We would definitely stay again!

We Were Happy There
We very much enjoyed our stay at Modern and Historic North. We also had the adjoining unit Modern and Historic South (a group of 5 adults and 2 children) and the arrangement of 2 adjoining units worked out very well. Then, by pure coincidence, others in our extended party stayed at the Best Western across the street! Modern and Historic South was the ideal headquarters. Modern and Historic North a convenient get away from the bustle going on in Modern and Historic South. The beds were comfortable, the parking ample and secure. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the charming sunroom - it just didn't work out this trip. But the front porch is a treasure. We never figured out the bike locks - tempting as a ride through downtown was.
