Went down to eat breakfast and was charged $18 per person including my 4 year old. Staff also changes $10 for bottle of water. Completely outrageous for a hotel that’s supposed to have a free complementary breakfast and not located in Jackson, WY. Will definitely find somewhere else to stay next time.

Fabulous stay!
Very nice hotel. Front dest service was excellent. I beleice i interacted with 3 women and 1 man. They were all welcoming, friendly, courteous and attentive. Refreshing in this day and age. No phones in sight! Wait staff at the bar and coffee shop was wonderful too. Great job all around. I will be sure to make this my go to place in Ft Collins! One "complaint" is i wish thr pool hours were open a bit later, say 11 or midnight.

Came here for the honeymoon left underwhelmed
Check in was smooth, but room felt a bit cramped. Bathroom was small and provided toiletries were sub par. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner didn't smell or feel good at all. Lotion stunk. King size bed wasn't comfortable at all and the room wasn't soundproof at all (we heard everything in the hall). The bar and Vanessa the bartender were amazing. However the 18 per person breakfast buffet was the worst I've ever had. Eggs tasted powered, fruit was over ripe and soggy, biscuits and gravy (my go to) was disgusting (biscuits were dry and gravy tasted like it came from a bag. There was supposed to be French toast but it wasn't there some pancakes that were worse than McDonald's were out and my wife (just got married) couldn't even stab them with fork they were so hard and rubbery. We were down there about 8 am. It was $8+ for a $0.99 bag of chips and a recees candy. Overall I'm highly disappointed because where I should have enjoyed myself at supposedly one of the best hotels in Fort Collins I left exhausted, hungry and disappointed. Don't know if it was because it was New Year's Eve or what. Oh and TV channel selection was awful, no information on room service on the TV or in the rooms.

I was disappointed there was no complimentary water in the room. The customer service after our stay was horrible. The polite staff working. Not friendly at all. The worst part is that a charge was on by credit card that shouldnt be there. when I called the front desk stated it was a bar/grill charge. I informed him that was incorrect due to us not purchasing anything at all from the hotel. I have emailed the manager Brandon twice and left messages twice for the assistant Amanda with no. response. I cant understand why something can be charged that didnt happen and get absolutely no assistance from any staff. At this point I will never stay at this establishment again very poor customer service. And all I expect is the charge to be refunded to me.

Everything was great except the fan would not turn off in the room and rattles all night. There also seemed to maybe be a service elevator very near that was noisy and would vibrate the walls when it ran

Nice upgrade to this property is complete. Rooms are nicely done w very comfortable lounger/ chaise lounge. Love the shower w no bathtub rim to step over. Lobby has many nice sitting areas. Morning coffee bar converts to real bar in the evening. We didn’t try the restaurant. Very easy access.

This is a beautiful hotel. My daughter did not like the mattresses, but I thought they were fine. It was so nice to be in a room that was decorated in cool colors instead of just brown and beige.
