Comfortable convenient and clean!

Can’t give more than 3 stars overall
While the rental is very cute and cozy, during our stay there was a significant amount of bugs. We ended up not feeling comfortable and moving to a local hotel. Although, communication with the host was fast and great, we were able to get a full refund, which we really do appreciate.

Sweet Spot
It was a very well put together studio, I loved it so much I'm hoping to find one to live in closer to home. Stacy was good at communicating as well as recommending places to visit.

Had everything we needed!
We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed, including coffee and a desk for working. New and clean. Clear communication from owner. We would stay here again!

Lovely
Beautiful and equipped with everything we needed as well as additional lovely touches. Location is very convenient. What a quiet, clean spacious and calming space. Would love to stay here again.

We arrived late, lock didn’t work and management was hard to contact
We arrived after 9p. We mistakenly drove to front of the house and couldn’t enter so called mgmt. They described different entrance so we drove around and found a small narrow street leading behind the houses (mgmt didn’t inform us of this). Street was narrow, parking space narrow and on steep slope. Electronic lock would not work for us so we called mgmt who was supposed to have a tech call back. After several repeated attempts the lock finally worked. Note: mgmt responds better to texts.

Ft Collins Retreat
My wife and I stayed in this cute little above garage touch sweet. It was very clean and and easily accessible to downtown an Old Town for Collins. Stacy was really easy to work with recommend this recommend this for any couple that once a cute stay in that area.

Perfect
Perfect place for a few days in the near old town Fort Collins. Easy access, light traffic, exceptionally quiet neighborhood and very close to the north most brewery area. Would stay again as the value is definitely there.

Worth it!
FANTASTIC little community - very clean and quiet, and only about 5 minute drive from Old town which was great! I wish I booked a longer stay.

Great little apartment in North Fort Collins!
This was a perfect spot for us to crash at night after long days hiking or working in Fort Collins. The space is perfect for 2. Bed and living space next to the kitchen. Not much room for more than that. Stacey was amazing at getting back to us with any details we needed. Top notch host.

In town for Colorado Shoe School
This was a very nice, cozy studio apartment. Just 12 minutes from the Colorado Shoe School. I would highly recommend it, and would certainly stay there again!

Fort Collins Trip September 20,2021
Recently spent a week in Fort Collins. Our time at this location was excellent. This unit is as described in the listing. It is perfect for one or two people. The unit is clean and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable. It is in a very quiet development. We were a very short drive ( 5-10 minutes ) from Old Town, where there are great restaurants and shopping. The property manager Stacy, was wonderful and was quick to accommodate our need for two extra days. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Fort Collins Stay
The studio is located in a good neighborhood. Just a short drive from the lovely Fort Collins Old Town. We had a pretty comfortable stay at this place. The studio is perfect for a couple but might be a bit cramped for a family of four with luggage. We had a minor issue with the dryer which was promptly resolved. Stacy was very responsive to our request. Overall we enjoyed our trip and stay in Fort Collins.
