Wonderful Place!
This is a great house with five bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The back yard is great as well. Ample parking on the street and behind the house as well. The owner was great and we would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a great stay on our first trip back to Colorado since the 1990's!

Gem in Fort Collins
The house was exquisite! Incredible location. Very, very comfortable. The bedrooms and dining rooms even had individual record players (with high-end speakers!) with great records to choose from. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. We would definitely stay again!

Great location
We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect. We had a lot of fun listening to albums, and there was plenty of room. Walking distance to Old town, very clean, and a responsive host. Great stay!

Fabulous for our Family!!
Quaint, charming home with lots of upgrades in a perfect location. Loved everything about this home - inside and out. It's an older home with modern touches that leave you feeling pampered. Large front porch and spacious back yard for gathering. Roomy indoor areas with ample space for gathering as well as spending time alone. We used the home for a family vacation to visit our daughter. It was centrally located within walkable distance of CSU, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown. Seriously could not have asked for anything more!

Great Old Town Fort Collins Stay
Great 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Fort Collins downtown area. Our son was getting married in Fort Collins and we wanted a place we could stay and have my husbands side of the family stay with us. We had a fantastic time! All the family agreed it was great to all be together and have extra family time. House was quite and large enough so you could sneak away for a little time by yourself if you wanted to. Only suggestion I would have is a bit of solar lighting or motion detection in the back yard. My husband and I were the last to arrive and parked in the back. It was a little dark going threw the backyard to get to the back door. I would have liked more hair dryers, I think there was one in the house. I really enjoyed our stay and what I mentioned are just little things that would have made a wonderful stay just a little bit better. Thanks Harriott !

Hi Carol... I am so sorry you did not see the hair dryers that are in each bathroom. Four total for the house:(( I will also suggest to my guests to turn on the back porch light so the visibility will be better in the backyard at night. Thanks for the feedback!

Wonderful
This lovely Remington residence provides a spacious house and yard in a picturesque university neighborhood. As our family gathered here for a reunion, we were able to walk to Old Town shops and restaurants, have cookouts in the backyard, and sit on the spacious front porch reminiscing. Everyone loved the home and had a wonderful experience.

Outstanding Choice for Small Family Reunion
Perfect location in Old Town and easy walking distance to the football stadium in game day! We thoroughly enjoyed the historic nature of the home and the backyard was great for family gathering. Used the fire pit and talked story under the stars! Bedrooms are all very nice and easily accommodate couples. Hosts were very accommodating and we recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for space for 8-10!

Excellent location and quick response

Perfect home for our family to stay for the week.
This large home was perfect for our family to stay while attending our son's wedding in Fort Collins. Perfect Foco House!
Amazing house with all the amenities, wonderfully decorated, awesome living spaces and great back yard. The house was ideal for our family trip. The bedrooms were great and all the bathrooms made for a non hassle weekend! Great location to easily walk to old town and campus without being too close for all the noise. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Perfect for a Family Christmas
This is the best experience we’ve had on any vacation. Harriet’s place is perfect, even better than described. We had five adults, two teenagers, and two toddlers, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked to downtown and to the coffee shop, and CSU’s campus is right there. Harriet responded immediately to the few questions that we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Place for Group Trip to FoCo!
Harriet's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway to FoCo with friends! Walking distance to CSU and Old Town. It was spotless and the check in process was super easy. Everything we needed was provided in the home and it was super unique with record players all over the place! The outside area was a plus for day hangs and there was a grill and fire pit in the back. The beds were so comfortable! I believe the two downstairs beds are queens as opposed to 1 king and queen, but it wasn't a big deal as they were so comfortable. Ample parking too. Harriet was very responsive to any questions/issues and a pleasure. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to in the future. -Lauren P

Perfect in Every Way
This rental has it all! First, the location is ideal, as it in a nice, residential neighborhood, in walking distance to CSU campus and downtown Fort Collins. Second, the house is beautifully designed and appointed, with quality finishes and linens, and maintained impeccably. Bedrooms were cool, quiet and super-comfortable for sleeping. Finally, our host was among the best we have encountered. She was responsive to questions—often within minutes of asking. In addition, she was very professional, and made the stay amazingly easy. This property and host are top of our list for Fort Collins.

A great spot
Location is great Amenities are great Guest communication is exquisite From the point of pre check-in to post check-out, instructions received were accurate and very helpful. Host made sure to ask if we had any concerns or issues during each point of our experience and I could not have asked for anything more. We were a group of 5 couples who came in town for a wedding and it was a perfect spot for the all of us to get together and. stay in one spot. Lots of space, comfy beds, clean rooms and kitchen, and a great collection of books, records and games: almost made me want to stay in and not do anything. Great for families and groups! Will visit again.

Wedding Party? Special Event? Stay here!
So many times, VRBOs list how great they are, and they do not live up to the description. However, this property was everything it promised. The backyard was a big open space with freshly planted flowers, that allowed people to sit back and enjoy the backyard. They also had an open fire pit with chairs around it and freshly stocked wood which we consumed within the first two nights. It's a great place to meet up with friends, have a party, and enjoy time together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed, it was clean, all rooms upstairs we're ensuite with king size beds. Two had sitting areas. The downstairs bedrooms had full size beds, and all rooms had record players and TVs. This made for an excellent place to stay in downtown Fort Collins. You could virtually walk to everything.

Great house with a perfect location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this Fort Collins home. The location is perfect for visiting CSU and seeing Old Town. We loved the big backyard and the extra space this home offers. The beds were super comfortable. The upstairs has 3 LARGE bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms! This is hard to find. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. We can't wait to return! Harriet was a wonderful hostess, and quick to answer any questions.

The property was wonderful! Great location! We walked to the college and old town. We BBQ'd in the beautiful backyard one evening. Could not have asked for a better property! Great house and perfect location!
The house has the perfect set up for family and friends. We have stayed here twice now over the past two years. The house is updated and spaced out nicely for larger groups with a great outdoor space as well. Minutes away from CSU campus and Old Town Fort Collins. The property manager is super helpful and kind! I highly recommend staying at this rental.

Ft Collins Family Getaway
Stayed in this beautiful home for almost a week while moving in our daughter and nephew into CSU. Great place for two couples to enjoy feeling at home while busy hustling their stuff to a dorm and an apt. .Relaxing, plenty of room for them to visit, gorgeous inside and out. We were close to so many places and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. . Everything was perfect Harriet had everything stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was just a perfect getaway. We will be back for sure.

House Review
House was incredible and Harriet was a pleasure. The location is perfect as you are only a few minutes from campus, Old Town and the new stadium. This is a very well remodeled beautiful old home in a terrific location. We were able to walk to Old Town and to the CSU football game. Owner was very quick to respond to a few simple questions. I would highly recommend this property.

That Porch!
Family time made easy at your comfy home. Wonderful outdoor spaces in both the from and the back yards. Walked a couple blocks for coffee in the AM and took advantage of your generous gift card and recommendation to check out the Mayor for the outrageous burgers. GOOD TIMES!

Lovely Location!
My colleagues and I needed a place to stay for our biennial staff conference. Of my 7 conferences in Fort Collins, this was my favorite location! It was close to campus, and was cute, comfortable and clean. I was impressed by all the amenities that were available (fully equipped kitchen, towels/toiletries available, lotions/soaps/dishsoap/sponges etc.). I also appreciated that most of the rooms had a bathroom, and only two of the rooms (on the ground floor) did not. The owner was very responsive and helpful (even recommending restaurants when I asked). I booked this place 9 months in advance and it was totally worth the wait :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great family gathering rental
This VRBO was perfect for our family while attending or son’s wedding. The front porch and back patio were great for relaxing and sharing time together. Location is perfect for restaurants, grocery store and biking/walks. The kitchen is well equipped, the showers are beautiful and decor is modern comfortable. All agreed the beds were fantastic.
