"We really enjoyed your beautiful home, the lake and precious wildlife . We grilled and played games and really relaxed and laughed a lot ! We enjoyed a meal at Patti’s settlement one day . We would definitely recommend this property .Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us !The worst thing for us was Georgia won in overtime against our Tennessee Vol football team , but… we really feel good about our season . "Everything was perfect! Cabin was clean, beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed swimming in the lake. We also rented a pontoon beach for the day. Communication with the owner was easy and response was quick. Thank you!! Oh and the fireworks were amazing!!!"

"There was ten of us, this is our second time staying here. Game room was very good everything was in good shape. Clean rooms, great communication with host, parking was great close to front door. defiantly would stay here again. The only thing that could be better was each bedrooms needed some were to sit like a chair or a bench and the showers tubs needed a non-slip stickers or mat and a bar on the wall to hold on to. We had a great time there was plenty of room."

"Awesome spot with a great host! Convenient location to the lake and Turkey Bay OHV, which was the main reason for our stay. The host was fantastic, and renting waverunners ended up being the highlight of the trip for the kids. The location was perfect — close to the highway, gas station, market, and liquor store for refreshments. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!"

"My wife and I stayed here with our puppies to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. The property is very nice and the host was very helpful and very responsive. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed some of the local sights and eateries, some reading and some fishing. Enjoyed seeing deer and other wildlife. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had the best getaway this weekend! The property was beautiful, and the house was extremely clean and smelled great. I didn’t even realize in the listing it had a guest house, but it was so cute too. For sure will be coming back with my kiddos. The moonriver marina was literally 3 minutes away and so good. We also went to miss pattis which was about 45 minutes away. Theres a dollar general and liquor store minutes away as well. "
