We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was as described, clean and well equipped, and the location is very convenient to the harbor and downtown shops and restaurants. Property manager is very responsive.

We were very pleased with our stay at the San Juan! Perfect place to take our pup to the ocean for her first time during my birthday weekend with the dog friendly shops and beach along the harbor.

Glamping on the Noyo

We had a wonderful stay in the San Juan. It was clean and spacious for a tiny house! You can’t beat the location either. Walk to the beach, explore the harbor and enjoy the ocean air.

Simplicity is best!

Loved how simple yet homey this place was. So close to so many things to do and places to see. This is a good spot for a small family to come back to after a long day of adventuring! Having the kitchen and BBQ was so helpful is we didn’t feel like eating out and the short walk to restaurants and the dog park were so convenient !!

Wonderful!

This tiny bit of awesome nestled in the harbor was just perfect! Morning walks to the beach, walking around the harbor. Tucked away from the rest of the world above it was an amazing experience and also everything the town has to offer is still within easy reach. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you!!!!

Fun location

Loved being in the harbor. The private dock is perfect for dozing, reading, and enjoying the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Gorgeous views from this vantage point! Dog friendly.

Vacation at San Juan

We really enjoyed our stay at the San Juan. We love going to Fort Bragg and we're happy we stayed in this cute little house in the harbor. The home was very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that we could walk to all of our favorite restaurants. It is very relaxing just watching the boats and wildlife. Thank you for a great experience!

Unit was as described on the site. It would have been helpful to have kitchen linens in the unit.Also the fact that the drive and parking are gravel should be mentioned. Another thing is that many of the restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday should be noted. The unit was comfortable and worked well for the three that visited. Nice visit overall.

The location is wonderful - right by delicious restaurants on the harbor, a distillery, and so close by a dog friendly beach! The house itself was cute and as advertised, the little neighborhood was quiet and so peaceful. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities like cutlery, plates, etc. and toiletries.We loved being able to easily walk the dog and grab lunch, or rest up after a long day of sight seeing. We didnt use the loft but we checked it out and it was very cute. The mattress and sofa had some spots where a spring or something would poke you so they could use a refresh soon probably, but ive stayed in nice hotels with similar problems and just something you have to deal with when travelling.Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend choosing this park for future travels!

Cool

Enjoyed the cool weather!! Love hearing the foghorn. Our dog loved the leash free beach. We loved the private pier watching seals and otters. Did not want to go back to 103 degree weather but not a place to be found in Fort Bragg or surrounding area. ❤️❤️❤️ Frank & Debbi Davis with Zsa Zsa

Sweet, cozy little house

This property was a perfect getaway for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary. The house was in a great location right in the harbor and very quiet. We could hear the seals in the harbor from this house, which we thought was awesome. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed although I would have liked more counter space for preparation. The bathroom was fine with plenty of storage. For a small house there is a surprising amount of cupboard space both in the kitchen and the main bedroom. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Great spot for a small family

We had a great time with our toddler. I was able to fit the pack ‘n play (we had to bring our own) in the bottom bedroom. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep and narrow so we had to gate that off with a suitcase at times. I do with they had pot holders. Great space and a comfy couch for family time in the evening. The location was perfect; walkable to a ton of restaurants and just a few minutes drive from Safeway and Harvest Market.

Loved the Red House!!

My 4 year old LOVED the "red house"!! She had a blast watching tv from the loft, running up and down the stairs, etc. Parents loved the convenience of the location - being in the middle of town was so awesome! So convenient! We were able to make pitstops back at the house for cleanup after the beach and then head out again for dinner with minimal travel. The house had everything we needed and more! Only thing I can comment on was the shower water pressure left a bit to be desired but was manageable. I left a beloved sweatshirt and remembered before we were out of the harbor and the clean up staff were so kind to let me retrieve it - she even mentioned that she was going to ask for property management to ship it to us since she could tell it was well loved. Great place to stay! Absolutely would stay here again!

Don't hesitate to book this property right in the harbor! Check in was effortless as Carlon sent an email with door code and directions well in advance of our arrival. The tiny home was clean and we'll stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! The loft area with bed and tv are perfect for a family with kids. We will definitely be back with our grandkids next time. There are so many restaurants to choose from right in the harbor and there is a Safeway just a few minutes down the road for any necessities you may need. The area has so much to offer. The beach is just a minute or two walk from the property and we took full advantage of morning walks with coffee and sunsets on the beach. The harbor seals are adorable! The Botanical Gardens are a must. Fort Bragg is such a great little town with so much to see and do and this property is the perfect place to call home for your next vacation. Thank you Carlon! We will see you again soon!
