This place was great, especially after our other place wasn't up to standards.Wiseberry move us to this place and it was clean and what I expect an apartment to be.Location was great, kitchen had everything you needed to cook, bathrooms/laundry clean, bed are comfortable.There were a few minor things that needed fixing, which a list was giving to the agent

The rental property was very clean and well appointed. The only improvements I could suggest would be ceiling fans. The return key time of 9am was also very early.

The property is in the perfect location, short stroll to restaurants, shops and beach. The unit was spacious and beds were comfortable. Fantastic having a large lock up garage, big enough for a car, a couple of bikes and boards. The Kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The only negative comment I would give was I had to sweep and mop the balcony floor and wash the outdoor furniture down, it was quite dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.

Poor communication from the agent, we had to ask to find out we need linen etc.. 1/2 roll toilet paper in unit, so bring your own TP, no salt or other simple things so bring everything, but everything. Still, the location is good and the unit comfortable.
