Perfect place to stay in Forster
Perfect place to stay in Forster Perfect location nearTown Centre (shops and restaurants), bridge (walk over or drive), lake (see dolphins every day and evening by short walk only), secure covered car parking, secure clean quiet building. Perfect covered terrace with table, chairs, coach. Perfect facilities (Bed, fridge, stove, oven, aircon, tv, bathroom, etc.). Efficient enjoyable communication with the owner, thanks, Natalie

Great location
Neat little apartment in a very central location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and nice little welcoming treats like chocolate and wine. Linen was good quality and the apartment is well maintained.

A lovely apartment to holiday in.
It's a lovely place to stay. Very central to most things. We've stayed at Marina a number of times over the years & always enjoyed ourselves. Booking & getting the key was an easy process. Secure parking. There was only 1 key supplied whereas in the past there were 2. When we got inside, we found there was no folder with all the do's & don'ts, operating instructions, contact details, features of Forster/Tuncurry & probably the wifi password so that we could use the internet during our stay. I tried to get in touch with Stayz or Vrbo but using our phone internet, which was dismal, the site said page not available or moved. Thankfully nothing went wrong because if it had, we wouldn't know who to get in touch with. Overall, it's a great place for a holiday with quite a few personal touches (wine & goodies, great decorations) & a comfortable bed. Just a couple of niggly unnecessary things regarding the folder was a bit annoying. Bedside lamps, mirror & a clock would be good touches to add. We definitely would stay here again.

Such a stunning place to stay… the unit is so clean beautiful linen , the bed was so comfortable…
No car needed , we walked everywhere to the beach Main Street the lakes an ocean hotel for dinner Chinese restaurant downstairs.. we lit the beautiful candles that are in the unit… Everything in the unit has been detailed for guest,,, The wine and chocolates on our arrival was a bonus… We will be back. I give this ynit 5 STARS amazing place

My Forster stay
I liked the property. Found it clean and well positioned Just a couple of things I noted during my stay The bathroom light was flickering on and off. Thought I might be showering in the dark. There was a half empty bottle of soft drink left in fridge from a previous guest and the pepper was empty. I discarded it. Otherwise all good

Very nice unit well located near cafes and restaurants. Well appointed with everything we needed except internet had run out of data. Bubbly and chocolates was a very nice surprise.

When we arrived in the late afternoon we still didn't have any details on how to get in to our apartment, no one had contacted us. We finally managed to ring a lady who was quite off handed and rude and she insisted that the email had been sent but nothing had. Finally she sent it through and we settled into lovely, clean rooms. Great area to wander around the beautiful shops and beach.

Generous extras, good location
Easy walk to everything in town, really good bed, everything in apartment you could want, full kitchen, bath, washing machine, secure parking,etc., plus some nice extras included ( incl a nice drop of bubbly! ) means it’s good value too especially compared to some nearby motels. An extra set of keys and a direct contact number provided would be good but overall a nice place to stay and would return.

Relaxing weekend
Had another lovely stay at the apartment. It's so homely and all the touches like comfortable cushions and throw rugs, nice scented candles and bathroom products make it feel extra special. Great location, we didn't move the car all weekend as we could walk everywhere. Thanks for another great weekend!

This property is in a great location and was beautifully furnished and decorated. However we were left questioning the cleanliness of the apartment after finding the toilet dirty with visible poo on the bowl and underneath the seat. The secure underground parking was a plus.

Lovley Weekend
We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Everything was as described and in a great location and view. Check in was easy and secure parking a bonus. I loved we could book one night as sometimes it's hard to find places that offer that, although we would have loved more time so we will definitely be back for longer next time! We had takeaway on the balcony for dinner and a great breakfast down at Paradise Marina in the morning.

Relax time
Beautiful apartment by the river. Very relaxing stay, beautiful scented candles whilst enjoying a bubble bath. Most comfortable bed ever! Even saw pelicans on our night walk over the bridge having an eating frenzy catching jumping fish! Beautiful sunset whilst enjoying the best food and cocktails at Si Senorita restaurant.

Great apartment and very central to Main Street and marina area. The street made it a bit noisy but if they get double glazing in the bedroom that would really help with noise

Great spot
I’m pleased to say the problems previous reviews mentioned were fixed. Check in was smooth and we were very happy with the unit and where it is located, close to town and beach. It is well resourced and made comfy with lots of special little touches. We would recommend this property.

Frustrating
The property itself was lovely. The process to access the property was beyond difficult.The key box over 5 ks from the property . Once in the building however it was a building site. NO numbers on the doors. Our key opened a number of other units. It was just by chance that we found our unit. The owner did refund us 50$ but it was a nightmare. If our key opened other units we were fearful that other keys might open our unit.

Check in procedure was a nightmare, no explanation of how to use the lifts or use the disc for entering and exiting the building. The place was being renovated and there were no door numbers to rooms. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was outside noise from vehicles and revellers until about 2.00AM. The premises were reasonably spacious and well equipped, but couldn't work out how the place could sleep 4 (only 1 bedroom with a sofa in the living room). The main entrance to the building and garage are in Wallis Street; navigating to Little Street was useless as it was impossible to gain entry from Little St.

Apartment was lovely. But the building was undergoing noisy renovations with lots of smelly fumes, and we had to travel a fair way out of town to pick up and drop off the key. I’d not have booked there if I’d known this, wish we were told about this.
