    Lakeview Lodge is the sister property of Lakeview Cottage in the village of Green Point near Pacific Palms.
    The Lodge has a wrap around balcony where you can enjoy extensive views of Wallis Lake and ocean glimpses. Watch the sun rise behind Cape Hawke, and set over Wallis Lake. There is also a double lock up garage, laundry and DVD player with surround sound system.

    PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR PREFERRED DATES ATE UNAVAILABLE ON THE CALENDAR WE HAVE FOUR OTHER PROPERTIES THAT MAY SUIT.

    Lakeview Lodge & Green Point is only seven minutes from Forster yet a hundred miles from the bustle of holiday madness. Surrounded by national parks and Wallis Lake, this property offers peace and tranquility yet easy access to town.

    Quality assured

    The owners of Lakeview Lodge understand that guests want a clean, comfortable stay with all their needs provided for. This property is totally equipped for all your needs and wants, from a personal welcome to the supply of freshly ground coffee.

    CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
    1) In the event of any cancellation made by the Principal a full refund of all monies paid will be given.
    2) The premises are left to you only for the period stated on the letter of confirmation as short term holiday rental.
    3) A bond of $1000.00 is payable for Bluebell and the Folly and $500.00 for Lakes Edge, Lakeview Cottage and Lakeview Lodge. This will be returned as soon as possible after departure subject to compliance with our Conditions of Tenancy.

    CONDITIONS OF TENANCY

    - Strictly no parties or disruptive noise (excessive noise audible outside the property) after 9:30pm
    - The premises are let strictly for the enjoyment and use of the number of people made at the time of booking i.e. the number of people occupying or using the premises shall not exceed the party size agreed at the time of booking unless prior permission is sought. Exceeding this number will render the booking liable to cancellation, plus a fine on the bond.
    - Lakeview Cottage, Lakeview Lodge, Pipers Bay House & Booti Booti Lake House are pet friendly for one animal only but strictly outside of the property or a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be incurred. These properties are limited to strictly one dog only. Some dogs feel uncomfortable in unfamiliar surroundings so please consider our neighbours and ensure barking is kept to a minimum and do not leave your furry friend alone and unattended. We regret none of our other properties are pet friendly.
    - To ensure the comfort and respect of all our guests please smoke outside the living areas of the property (Bluebell does not permit smoking inside or outside, decks etc, of the property)
    - The premises are available after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 9:30 am on day of departure.
    - The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition, garbage placed in the bin before departing (red for general garbage and yellow is for recycling); additional fees may apply if the premises are not left in a reasonable condition.
    - All damages, breakages or losses to the property and/or furniture are to be reported and paid for immediately.
    - Vendors or their agents shall be allowed right of entry to the premises at any reasonable time to inspect the premises or make repairs.
    - Parking – please ensure cars/boats are parked on the concrete driveway and not on the grass which can become waterlogged after rain.
    - Furniture is not to be moved around and only outside furniture used outside.
    - Any bonds will be refunded within 48 hours of departure upon compliance inspection into the nominated account or refunded to credit card. Should any damage be detected then the cost of repairs will be taken from the bond.
    - The Principal accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the hirer’s party or their property, however caused, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises.
    - We are intent to provide you the best possible experience in our holiday rental. We also take our responsibility to the quiet and good order of our neighbourhood seriously. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, is at the absolute discretion of the managing agent and may result in the termination or permission to occupy the premises and non-return of the security deposit, plus the immediate termination of the licence to occupy the property, eviction and registration with “bad guest” registers. Refunds will not be paid on terminated occupancies.
    - If your property has a designated internet or Wi-Fi service, the connectivity during your stay can not be guaranteed. Reception in Forster Tuncurry can be unreliable and in some locations signal strength can be weak. Guests will not hold Wallis Lake Cottages or the owner liable for any service delivery quality or disruption and no compensation will be payable.
    - Should you have any complaints regarding your stay, please call us immediately. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
    - During your stay in my listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the Code of Conduct, you also agree to:
    Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels
    Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and follow my house rules.

Brilliant stay

Wonderful stay at Lakeview Lodge, comfortable house, close to Foster and beaches. Quiet location and really nice that there was a cafe located next door that was opened for a few days. Would stay again ::)

Lakeview Lodge Review

We really enjoyed our week at Lakeview Lodge. The home was very comfortable and clean. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. The home is close driving distance to numerous fantastic beaches. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.

The house great for family and dog. Clean and position nice. Sea breeze in East and sunsets west. Everything we needed was there. I forgot washing powder but know there was some in the cupboard. Comfy beds already made up and towels. Heating and cooling good. Wifii works which teenagers really want Close to shops and lake. All in all a good spot and nice holiday

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting- a superior alternative to many Forster properties

Ken and Cathy have clearly worked hard to make sure this experience is really comfortable and memorable for their guests. Green Point is a quiet, tranquil, relaxing area that is full of lovely local characters and picturesque scenery- and not a whole lot more, which is perfect for a holiday to get away from the hustle and bustle. Having said that, it’s not far from Forster with its supermarkets, popular beaches, restaurants etc. so the beauty of staying at this property is that you have the peace and quiet and feeling of being far away from the crowds, whilst only being a 10-15 minute drive from anything else you want. The house itself not only looks beautiful but is really comfortable to set yourself up in- a comfortable bath and shower, comfortable bed, an incredible upper deck which wraps around the house and is really nice to sit out on, and it’s well worth mentioning that there is a huge backyard for your kids/dogs to spread out on. Also there is plenty of parking space- we parked our land cruiser and boat in the driveway- to give you an idea of the space. Ken and Cathy have provided a highly detailed folder with information on restaurants/beaches/everything you need to know about the area. Also, they run the coffee shop next door and are extremely friendly and approachable people. If I was coming to stay in the area again (including Forster-Tuncurry) I would definitely try to get into this property before I look at any others. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility. friendly vibe, and the beautiful scenery of the area. This property was extremely clean and well looked after upon arrival- a lot of thought and effort has gone into maintaining this property. We’d recommend it to all our friends and family so we would definitely suggest if you are looking at this property and weighing up your options- We’d suggest you lock this property in and forget the others!

Two lovely nights at Lakeview Lodge

We had a relaxing time here. The house is awesome, spacious and clean. There is ample space for our kids to run around and also great external space for our fur babies too. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a terrific four night stay at Lakeview Lodge. We thought the location was great, with lovely views. The house was clean and very comfortable - as were the beds! We also considered our package as a good deal, and thoroughly the enjoyed the stay with dog, who lived the back yard and the wrap around verandah. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Lodge. The house is very comfortable, well fitted out, with wonderful lake views and was spotless when we arrived. Not having to bring linen was also a nice bonus. The kids loved the kayak and crab trap (no luck though) and we had a blast exploring the local beaches (plenty of good fishing). Highly recommended, good value for money.
