"Booked a room with queen bed and sofa bed with beeakfast through Expedia. On arrival they had all the details but initially told me breakfast was not included and had to show her my booking.on the ohone. We then got to the room it was just one bed. I went back to reception and was told that was all that was available and "Expedia shouldn't let me book a room that is unavilable". Nothing she could do to help. "The room was lovely and clean, well fit for purpose for our short stay in Nottingham. The location of the hotel was brilliant as well as the breakfast, the sourdough bread was delicious. Parking was additionally convenient and well priced compared to local parking garages. The rooms however don’t have air conditioning (there was a fan, which was fine) which may be tricky for overly hot months. Overall, we had a great stay at a wonderful hotel, thank you Harts!"

"Good value stay. Leisure facilities a bonus. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was ok,only a small window in ours. No air-conditioning but fan (which was good) was helpful. About a 10 minute walk from cricket and football grounds"

"Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain."
