Thanks for the feedback. Within a hour of your call, we addressed and fixed the water heater on the outside of the home. We ask that pets are not to be left alone in the cottage. Unfortunately, your dog destroyed the blinds on the front door, scratched the paint on door, and had to be replaced. We love offering a lower price point stay but do expect our guests to follow the rules.

Trina, we are located in the Tahoe National Forest. We have bugs and we have dust..that is fact. Thanks for letting us know a luggage rack is needed and your other comments, we will take them into consideration.

Kathy, I understand you are upset that I asked you to pay the pet fee for bringing your dog. That is no reason to leave a horrible review. There is a extra fan in the bedroom which you could have used. Maintenance crew was there at 10:30 am and your check out was at 11. You were a very unreasonable guest.
