"This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! "

"Nos encanto la ubicación es un lugar muy tranquilo y se acomodo a nuestras necesidades. Solo un comentario y es que las personas que limpian podrían hacerlo más detalladamente ya que encontramos cosas debajo de las camas como una pijama de bebe sucia ( nuestro grupo éramos solo adultos así que no era de nosotros) y algo de basura aparte de eso todo estuvo bien."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park. We built our own snowball battle field and sledding track. The property was not too far from Soda Springs Ski resort and Sugar Bowl. "This apartment was so adorable. Super clean and the furniture is practically new. You feel like you’re staying in a show room is how serene it is. The host was amazing at communicating and answering any inquiries I had. Shopping centers are super close for anything needed. The entry to the apartment is easy and very private/convenient. "Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!"

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...
