Shepherds Hut, Foxhill Farm

Absolutely beautiful Shepherds Hut in a great area of the New Forest.The accommodation is set in a beautiful landscape and it’s ideal for exploring the New Forest. Close to a shop and pub too.The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful

Great shepherd hut in quiet location right next to the New Forest. It has everything you need and very stylish. Lovely and warm when the heating was on. Big car park and nice garden to look out to. We loved it and would stay again.

Lovely quiet peaceful place.

Lovely accomodation. Everything you could want for a couple nights and nice and clean. Wifi is bit patchy inside guess because of metal sidings but outside its very good. Cant fault the accomodation though. Lovely and peaceful and nice outside area if you get the good weather

Perfect, peaceful retreat

Loved our shepherd’s hut, small but perfect, comfortable and quirky. So peaceful, surrounded by the beautiful New Forest. Very dog friendly, dog walking area outside of hut, and endless forest walks. Welcoming pub within walking distance serving good beers and food. Thank you Dennis and Heather, we have had a very relaxing weekend.

Gorgeous location, cosy cottage

The moment I walked in I fell in love with the decor, the hut was spotlessly clean and smelt wonderful, close to a gorgeous wood you can walk to, also a great pub to visit, only downside wifi and dryers, we had loads of washing to do and the dryer wasn’t working properly so cost a fortune

The Shepherd’s Hut was lovely, we really enjoyed our short stay. Did some lovely walks in the forest nearby. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The Kitchen quite small but no problem if you want to do something basic like pizza.

Such an adorable shepherds hut. It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Clean and cosy. The hosts were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Shepherds Hut Short Break

Had a very nice 3 night stay, and will certainly be looking to return in the future (perhaps to one of the larger properties, as we found the Shepherds Hut a bit on the small side with our large German Shepherd !!).

Lovely weekend visit

The hut is cosy and comfortable, and in such a beautiful area. We stayed for 2 nights and visited the New Forest and the beach, and the hut was a lovely space to come back to in between.

Excellent get away for couples!!

Beautiful shepards hut located in a quite village. Very private and a home from home everything you need. Spent a few nights here and was so relaxing. The stars at night are amazing and such a peaceful place to sit on the patio outside. Lovely hosts! Visited Bournemouth as the air festival was taking place only a 25 min drive away. Newforest is worth a visit again so close to this hut. Great little break left feeling refreshed which is what you need from a break away! Thank-you Heather and Dennis xx

Luxury loving shepherds!

Very well thought out and pleasantly furnished "hut" (this is selling it short!) - this is a sizeable property to call a hut and is scrupulously clean, in excellent (as new) condition and thoughtfully furnished, right down to the table and chairs outside. Our hosts were kind, helpful and welcoming and we had a very pleasant short stay.
