"Enjoyed three nights at this property to hike the dunes. Location was good, towards the West side of the park but an easy drive to multiple hikes. Also had the option to walk directly from the house for the Miller Woods trail and Miller Woods Beach. Backyard was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. Grill was easy to use with the hard lined gas and hot tub was clean and enjoyable. If you do bring more than 2 cars, the remote lot is at the Miller train stop about a mile south. Was a bit...

"Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. "

"When we arrived at the property we were unable to enter because it turned out that the owner had not confirmed the rental with Vrbo as Vrbo had confirmed it with us. "One of the things that we liked the most is that it was close to pretty much everywhere we needed to visit. Indiana Dunes park is just a few minutes away. Marquette Park among other places was one location we couldn't miss on this trip. The house is very spacious and well-designed. We loved in particular the open concept. If we go back to Gary, IN we would love to stay there again."
