"If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. "The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. "We arrived to a very friendly staff, the boat captains were very friendly and helped us get across to our cottage every day and night. Anytime we had a question and called the front desk they were always happy to help. They have a very friendly orange cat around the beach bar that my wife loved. "We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. "My husband and I stayed at the Seabreeze Lodge with my brother and 3 children (ages 14, 13 and 11). We had an amazing few days lounging by the pool, kayaking/paddleboarding in the bay and exploring Exuma. "We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!"
