The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. "I truly enjoyed my time here. The hosts were incredibly responsive and check in was a breeze. There is a beautiful park with a large pond right there in the neighborhood that was a favorite place for me and my dog to walk each day. The home warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in OC! "
