"Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. "The host was very friendly. The beds were super comfy. Appreciated all the care and amenities that were included in the stay. "

"Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty."

"This property was a mixed bag. First the good. Communication and cooperation with the management was excellent (thanks Rosi)! Front and backyard was natural green grass and quite nice. House was reasonably clean.Neighborhood is pleasant and parking is ample. All the bedrooms are upstairs. All flooring was wood (no carpeting).But the kitchen utensils were lacking, especially the bigger bowls and pans. Many vrbo's have a nice selection of spices. "The house was darling, and the view was amazing! Short walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. The hosts were super nice and responded to my questions promptly. Extremely pleased with my stay, highly recomend. "

"We went for the Jazz and Blues Festival in Murietta and had a great time. I wish the weather was warmer so we could have made use of the pool. Jack's BBQ place was SO close and SUPER delicious. The lake view was awesome. We had our coffee on the deck to enjoy that view. We would definitely go out on the lake next time."
