"Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. "

"Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close...

"Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. "This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. "This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.
