PRIVATE POOL! Large beach house can be your Castle By The Sea! All 4 bedrooms have their own private, full bathroom ensuite. Swim in the private pool, or take a dip in the ocean with the beach access right across the street. Pick your cozy place to relax from the swing or rocking chairs on the front porch while taking in the lovely ocean views, the quaint parlor, or one of the plush couches in the living room to watch your favorite TV show.

Large kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, serve ware, and appliances. Keep the family cook company at the counter seating. Play cards or enjoy breakfast at the 4-person table. The large dining table in the separate dining room allows for your entire party to gather for family meals together. Washing machine and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor, in the kitchen. Den includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle pull out.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island and walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
