Great place & spacious

3 Little Mermaids

Our stay at 3 Little Mermaids was perfect. We loved the location on the beach. The house had everything thing we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves. Andie was very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Highly Reccomend!

This house was perfect for our families vacation. The stairs led right to the beach, and the house was far enough away from Center St that we didn’t have to worry about tons of people, loud noises, and traffic. Very clean, and well prepped for us, and having the washing machine in the house was very convenient. The kids had a blast and we made lots of wonderful memories. We will likely stay again in the future.

Beautiful beach, bleak bedroom

We enjoyed our week at the beach. Beautiful location. Our only dislike was the fact the one of the bedrooms was a corner bedroom with access only from two other bedrooms. This meant three bedrooms out of four didn’t have totally privacy as doors had to be left open to allow the occupant of the corner bedroom access to get out of their bedroom as well as the corner bedroom did not stay cool at all if doors were closed. Not great for someone who needs to get up during the night.

Great stay

My family and I loved this duplex. It’s literally right on the beach. Loved being able to walk down the steps and be on the beach. Loved the location. Also there were baby gates we could use. So helpful. Only bad thing I could say about this place are the steps from the first level to the second level are very steep. But shouldn’t be a problem for younger people. Would recommend staying here.

Excellent location!

This property is in a great location! It was perfect for our family. The property itself accommodated our whole family. I loved the fact that there were beach chairs, toys and body boards there for our use during the stay! I was extremely impressed at the willingness from the rental company and the owner to accommodate us and make our stay as relaxing as possible. The only thing I would note is there was only one out of the four bedrooms with a tv in it. I would suggest putting small tvs in the other bedrooms for the guests occupying those rooms. Otherwise, it was an amazing week and we will definitely be back!!

A week in paradise

Our family came to visit our son at the air force base near the home. We loved the location!! Who doesn't love the ocean, at a perfect temp, in the backyard!! The island itself is magical but we never tired of being home. As one can imagine, with the house right on the beach, it has some quirks. It was a little weather worn but nothing that stopped our enjoyment. We ending up being thankful for the restrictions in the evening for sea turtles as it ensures we got up to see the beautiful sunrises and surfers. The house had everything needed to simply move right in, dishwasher, kitchen equipment, a washer and dryer, and even beach toys for little ones! We are so thankful for this time!!

Three Little Mermaids very clean. The location was perfect for my family’s visit Folly Beach.

We love Folly Beach. Three Little Mermaids was one of our favorites. All information concerning checking in and out was very informative. We would definitely consider visiting this property again.

Relax to ocean and stars

This is a wonderful place to stay with a great host. The setting is relaxing with the ocean and stars and the space is just right to get a good night's sleep and also have plenty of room to hang out.

The ocean is at your doorstep

A cozy yet open-feeling 2-level duplex that is perfect for a family or small group. At high tide the ocean is literally steps away, then it retreats to give you a flat, expansive beach to enjoy. Our family especially liked having all 4 bedrooms on the first floor (3 of them with windows to the ocean) and a large open space on the main floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Best beach house in Folly!

This property worked out so great for my girls trip. We loved being right on the beach and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The house could use some updating/upkeeping but the location was everything to us.

Great Location

We had a really nice week on the beach after a really long time of not making an annual beach trip! Property was a bit run down, but the location was great. House was clean and we left behind a tablet that the housekeeper found and reported to the property manager. Thanks for a great stay!
