A quick response to a problem was impressive. The rental agency’s employees who dealt with us were very helpful.The location is ideal, off the beaten track but right on the beach. It is wonderful that it is dog friendly. It’s our favorite house on Folly.

Amazing beach front great for couple or small family from looking at other properties this probably has best and closest view high tide steps away from personal beach access deck. Awesome wouod stay again!

The location on Folly Beach is perfect. Not near the hub-bub but close enough. The house is ideally almost right on the beach and the screened-in porch is perfect. However, for the price we paid, we expected more out of the kitchen. The appliances had not been replaced with the upgrade and interestingly enough there is not a garbage disposal in the sink. The oven pans were not acceptable so we didn’t use the oven at all. For a dog friendly house, we were surprised the kitchen trash can was open (no lid), there was no outside hose to easily wash off sandy paws and seawater drenched fur (outside shower doesn’t work well for this purpose but we made do) and one of the deck gate latches didn’t work (we had to shove a table against so it wouldn’t open). Overall the house was ok but again we were disappointed at the upgrades for the price we paid.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The property managers did a great job and were very responsive. The views and proximity to the beach was great. This property is also on a dead end street so it tends to be on the quiet side. The screened in porch was a huge bonus plus all the gates to keep your dog on the balcony worked well. The only issue is that in the master bedroom the AC does not work very well. The rest of the house was ice cold but the master bedroom remained warm - especially at night.

Beautiful and peaceful location

Sitting on the porch watching and listening to the waves was the highlight of the trip. I highly recommend this location. Communication was excellent from booking, check in, to check out.

Terrible

Property was unkept, inside the house was dirty, broken glass lamps on the side of the bed. The outside of the property was also unkept with the "lawn"/ weeds had not been cut in weeks and there was a cooking grill in the front of the property as well which made the property look like sanford and son. I would never rent this house or recommend to anyone to rent this house again

We loved the proximity to the beach. We loved being able to have our dog with us. The home was very accommodating, we had everything we needed. Loved the view!! Loved the sunrises!!

Location, location, location

The back deck is literally over the ocean…fantastic! Great space for my parents, my spouse and me, and our small dog. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked. Highly recommend.

Right on the Ocean

We stayed in a recently renovated house that is literally only steps from the ocean. We were able to watch the surfers and beach walkers and their dogs right from the dining table, back porch or deck. It was wonderful to catch the sunrise each day. Wonderful experience.

Celebrated my 62 birthday, my oldest son and his wife’s 15 year anniversary and my youngest son and his fiancé wedding. 5 star +, Perfect location and view. Wedding was on the schooner Pride about a 30 minute drive and right beside the Aquarium. City center, market that has everything, and beverage store within a quick 3-5 minute drive. House is clean., beds comfortable and has amazing covered and open deck. Best of all ocean front with literally steps to the waters edge at high tide! Amazing stay and enjoyed by all!!!!
