Perfect family place

Great location. On the beach close to downtown but not too close. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Private family rooms with a comfy central livingroom/kitchen!

Spring time

Lovely and spacious home to spend a weekend. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach and enjoy the comforts of home. I will certainly rent this home again in the future.

Great for couples.

Having 4 bedrooms with baths attached was amazing. Also the half bath was very convenient. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning was the best. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Bachelorette Weekend

Overall it was a good stay. The location is beautiful and so convenient. There were a couple areas where things had been broken, like in one of the bathrooms, but that didn’t detract from our stay. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

So Amazing!

It’s the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars on Folly. The common space was massive as well as the kitchen. We loved it.

Perfect Beach House

Summertime is a roomy beach house with great views of the ocean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Plenty of room for meals and hanging out as a family. Convenient location and short walk to restaurants etc.

2nd time staying!

This is our second year staying here and it was perfect! Just as it was a year ago. We love watching the ocean all day and my husband and daughter were able to surf. We can’t wait to come back next year!

As Advertised..........great views and floor plan

Really nice property in a convenient location.......great views! Layout of the home is awesome....ideal for multiple groups. Some minor deferred maintenance in a few areas but nothing that stopped us from having a great time!

Everything we expected. Nice quick walk to the beach. About a 15 min walk from downtown. Great living space for community.

One story house with everything you need. Steps to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Great location only 4 blocks to center street.

Nice and Relaxing

This place was great! It was only our family of 5 so didn't need all the bedrooms but it was so nice sitting out on the deck watching and listening to the ocean. Not a direct view of the beach which was actually good as there were a few more people than I had hoped. Public beach access right next to the house. Inside of the house is everything I would want from my beach house - loved it!
