    The Space:

    This cute dog-friendly home is just a block from the beach! Cook out on the gas grill after a day at the beach and eat outdoors on the dining set, then enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool or relaxing on the hammock. The front porch has recently been renovated to be enclosed for the kids and family pups.



    During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities offered on the island, including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are located on Center Street, just under one mile from the house. A short drive (just under 12 miles) will take you to downtown Charleston where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours.

Location was perfect one block from the beach. The house looks bigger online but it was perfect for a family of 4 for a weekend. It wouldn’t be that comfortable for a longer stay but the outside pool and Astroturf really makes it great. Plus the proximity to the beach.

Great updated house walkable to the beach and downtown Folly. yard is very well landscaped and maintained with a great pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Great little place!

This is a great little spot for a getaway. The house is small, but well designed, clean, and comfortable. The large outdoor space makes this vacation getaway--it's beautiful and serene. You can also walk to the beach.

Great house, great pool, great location

House is small but plenty of space for 4 and well laid out. Great pool and giant backyard, and a 2-minute walk to the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

Our stay at the Sea Urchin was incredible! It was clean, cute and relaxing. The location is ideal and the back yard was the perfect place to unwind with our dogs. The best rental we have ever stayed in by far! Thank you for a great experience.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Sea Urchin on Folly. We absolutely love this charming house. The backyard and front porch is the perfect getaway spot. This will be an annual family tradition!

Darling home with awesome pool and backyard!!

Great location one block from beach with pool and hot tub. Very quaint home with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. Loved the front porch with rockers and swing. Fenced in backyard for our little dog was wonderful! Perfect little place!
