Amazing spot. Gorgeous views. Lots of comfortable places to sit with or without others.Sweet hot tub and small pool with sunset views of the marsh. Spacious kitchen with lots of room. Beds and linens top notch. Bathrooms for each room.Perfect for a family retreat.

Hot tub

We communicated during the entirety of our stay regarding the malfunction of the hot tub. It was never fixed. We would like a small refund as the reason for taking this stay was having a hot tub.

Dirty pool/hot tub and cobwebs

At first glance the place was decent, but after looking closer the corners of a lot of the bedrooms had cobwebs in them. The worst part of the stay was the pool and hot tub had CLEARLY not been cleaned in a long long time. We asked for someone to come clean the pool and they sent a pool tech out, only for him to tell us that the filter wasn’t even hooked up, and never looked like it was hooked up! His exact words were “this looks like a very cheap set up, and I personally would not get in the pool.” We told the managers this and they assured us it was okay to get in, regardless what the professional was saying. We found this suspicious and decided to listen to the pool tech and not get in. There was a thick film of who knows what on top of the pool the entire stay. The hot tub had a ton of random stuff floating around in it as well. Coming into the stay I saw other reviews outlining similar issues, so clearly managers are not doing anything about the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. If you don’t care about the pool or hot tub the location is great, it’s a quiet area, and the dock/water access is really nice. Great sunsets and views

The house was just ok. Not very clean. Many items around the house are worn and need some TLC. For a “luxury” listing, this house did not live up to those standards. It was ok, just not what I was expecting or hoping for.

Creekside

Excellent home with all the amenities. Cleanliness of pool could have been a little better but overall a great place with great beach access. Very clean home with perfect layout for a family. Thanks Creekside.

Where's the Beach

It says the beach entrance is right across the street, wrong !! We never found the one across the street and had to use someones driveway..Then the frig in the kitchen was not cooling properly and we lost food because they did not respond for days ! And you really can't put a kayak in off the dock because the water never comes up high enough... Last thing the pool and the spa were a little disappointing...

No beach access

The house is amazing! Love the layout. Love the pool and hot tub. Love the pool table. The views of the marsh and ocean are beautful. However, the photos are misleading. There is a large 4 story house that has been built in the empty lot in front which has cut off the beach access. To get to the beach you have to walk 10 houses down on the busy road to the public beach access. With my 81 year old father this was very difficult. Going back and forth to the house for the bathroom or for lunch etc… was difficult. I will also say this not a house for young children. Lots of steps. The pool is open. The dock out back has no railings and while there are plenty of balconies you would have to be on guard all the time.

Spring break 2024

The house was everything and more! Exactly what was described. The beds were all so comfortable. the beach was beautiful and very close to the house. If you are a pool person, the Only downfall, the charge to heat the pool per day. We went for spring break in March and it was too cold to go in the pool, but still enjoyed laying by it. Would rent again,

Fantastic House

The house amenities, and proximity to the beach, the views, and so many bedrooms ... I could keep going. It really was a dream of a house if you don't mind being ~30/40 min from Charleston. It was July and we wanted to be CLOSE to the beach, and we couldn't have gotten closer. It was across the street and the pool was a dream. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and there was so much room for everyone. I would go back in a second.

Beautiful sunsets

Home was very comfortable for our group of 9. Ample space for all and four decks facing ocean and marsh. This property is not ocean front and there is very little ocean that can be seen from the front decks. A large home is under construction across the street that blocks any view of the ocean. Beach access is not directly across the street since that is now a construction site. Though the home is well appointed, it is in need of a good cleaning. The front screened porch was so dirty, anyone who walked out there immediately had black dirt on their feet. I arrived as the cleaning crew was leaving- there were no beach towels and the floors inside were gritty. We thoroughly enjoyed the back decks for sunset parties with views of the marsh and lighthouse. Not sure I would book this property again. I expected a higher level of service for the price.

Loved the House!

The house was perfect for our extended family of 9! The fav was the pool and hot tub. The proximity to the beach was great as well! The house is amazingly stocked with pretty much anything you need! Lots of games, kitchen equipment and even had some beach toys. The only downside to the whole trip we’re the mosquitoes…definitely bring bug spray! We would definitely come love to come back!

Beautiful home with amazing views

This property was even better than we imagined. Views from both sides of the house from multiple decks. The entire house was well appointed, clean and updated. The beach access was directly across the road and the beach was absolutely beautiful! We didn’t want to leave.

An incredible home!

Everything about this home was perfect! The recently added pool, hot tub and game room were added wonderful features, especially when the beach was too windy. The kitchen was so well equipped that we could prepare anything! Lots of room, wonderful porches and views of the ocean and the marsh! The only problem, as someone else stated, was we had to leave!

LOVED IT: We didn’t want to leave.

The house and location are amazing! To have the marsh as our backyard and the ocean basically as our front yard was unbelievable. Best equipped rental kitchen ever! Our two families with kids ranging from 7 to 18 years old had the perfect amount of together and separate space. And all the porches and decks enabled even more outdoor hours. We also thought the rental management company did a superb job. The only problem was we didn’t want to leave.

Spectacular views

This was a wonderful beach house for our family. The views of the marsh exceeded all expectations we had. It was incredibly beautiful, tranquil and serene. The sunsets were stunning. We enjoyed the front porch as well with ocean views and breezes. The house was very comfortable, clean, stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds and bedding were exceptional. The bathrooms were updated and really beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again.
