Great stay at Folly Beach

This beach house was perfect! The location is great—truly a 3 minute walk to the beach. Lots of windows and light. Owner was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely recommend the property.

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at Peaches Folly! Property was located just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive into town. It was fun to watch all the surfers on that end of the island. For calmer water to swim and shell/shark tooth searching is best on the other end of the island. Home was stocked with essentials to get us through the week, comfortable beds and clean! If we come back to Folly in the future we would love to stay in this home.

Great location, comfortable house.

We enjoyed our week at Peaches folly house. It is close to the beach and not far from town. The house is equipped comfortably and more than adequately. The property owner was responsive and made sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again!

Peaches Folly is a perfect place for our family vacation and 4 legged friend. Close to beach access and well equipped kitchen. We’ve stayed at properties with Kevin over the years and he is very responsive and helpful.

Great Stay

We enjoyed this house 2 years in a row now and plan to be back again next year. Location is amazing. The beach was always so quiet and enjoyable and such an easy walk to get to. We love the welcome snack basket and flowers. Such a thoughtful touch to welcome us to the start of our vacation.

Fabulous Getaway

Great location and great property! Many conveniences, especially parking - space for many vehicles and we put it to the test. Had local family come visit and it was a great place to host a crowd, not to mention enjoy the beach. Super convenient walk to the beach and nice outdoor shower to de-sand.

Great respite from Midwest winter!

Stayed in late March — getaway from the March blues in the Midwest — had two wonderful weeks. Close enough to Charleston to take advantage of all the tourist attractions, wonderful Folly Beach laid back atmosphere, neighborhood was quiet and friendly and fabulous weather with two decks to enjoy the sun when the weather was good! House had all the amenities for the kitchen, barbecue, beach, and relaxation! Would stay again!

Immaculate home. Perfect for family that likes to cook. Big kitchen, open floor plan with cozy couches, great views, well landscaped outdoor space and the beach is right across the road. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was the pefect mini-vacation for us. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Communication with the owner and check-in were quick and convenient. Plenty of parking for our boat. Easy walk to the beach. We highly recommend this property and plan to return in the fall.

Great Experience!

We had a great time at Peaches Folly! It was clean, spacious and is a perfect location. We loved walking across the street each morning to the beach to see the sunrise. We loved Folly Beach and its close proximity to Charleston. Highly recommend!

Great Long Weekend Spot

Mostly clean, well stocked with essentials (toiletries, towels, glasseare, etc). Steps from thr 13th street path to the beach. Great location, great vibe. Would definitely stay again.

You drive up and parking is plentifull. Easy access to inside the home. Large party area under hiuse and behind. Inside is laid out with comfort in mind. The split sleeping areas worked out well. The kitchen was equipped very nicely. Access to the beach was very easy and a short walk. Had to share the beach with the surfers but still plenty of room. All in all was a very nice stay
