Ok. So, the house is right on the beach, in a really good location, and was generally clean. We had a good time, so it’s hard to give it too low of a rating. However, we had issues with the house itself. The cupboard wouldn’t open all the way because they would hit the ceiling and one of the doors had actually fallen off it’s hinges. The kitchen may have been the most poorly stocked of any VRBOs we’ve stayed in. A good percentage of the plates were plastic and/or chipped. The curtain in the one bath was torn and not connected to the last 3 rings, and the back door was nearly impossible to close/lock. The washer/dryer was old, rusty, and the dryer would stop well before anything was remotely dry. For as many as it slept, there was very little seating on the outdated and worn living room furniture. It did have plenty of seating around the dinner table, though. The place was actually pretty clean, just in some disrepair. It’s almost like they just stopped investing in it at some point, but it used to be nice. Or maybe they are still working to raise the quality? Not sure.
I wouldn’t say don’t go here, but just don’t expect too much. Know that your getting a small house that you can fill with family and friends, and walk directly out on to the beach whenever you want. There is a ton of value in that too.
