This was one of the nicest vacation homes I've ever stayed in. The house is even bigger than it seems in pictures - everything was updated so beautifully, it was very clean, and the location was a perfect combination of peaceful and close to downtown Folly. Would love to come back and stay again soon.

Family stayed at this property for our son's wedding. The house was amazing. Very spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the deer and other wildlife on the property. This property is a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again!

The property is absolutely fantastic! The location is so private yet close to the beach and town! Your are absolutely surrounded my stunning scenery and the house is immaculate! We could not have asked for a better property for our family trip. The photos really do not do it justice!

The house was amazing! We went with our four daughters (ages 8-13) and my mom. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom loved having her own space in the guest suite. The pool was perfect and the property is gorgeous. It’s tucked away without being too far to the beach. Everyone was easily able to make the 3 minute walk to the beach!

Family Beach Vacation

This property is ENORMOUS! Beautifully situated on the marsh side with beach access within minutes. It has all the storage you could possibly need with 2 refrigerators,2 dishwashers and 2 laundry rooms. The outdoor space is great. There is a pool, large number of lounge chairs,outdoor shower and bathroom. It is a quick 15 minute walk to the pier and middle of town. The host is responsive. The pictures really undersell this property. The MIL suite is a great bonus if separate families are traveling together. This booking was well worth the price.

The house was perfect for our large family. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach.Location couldn’t have been better. It was a short walk to the beach yet tucked away for privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was peaceful for 2 or 14 as we had. You can be alone with space you want or you can have your family/group close but never crowded. We gather around the kitchen, it also has space for much more.

We could not have found a better spot in Folly. The house is stunning, comfortable and clean. The beach is pristine and a very short walk from the house.. but we spent most of our time at the awesome pool and patio at the house. The views of the marsh and nature surrounding the patio give you ultimate South Carolina experience. Beyond the incredible house, the property managers were extremely responsive to anything we needed. Would absolutely book again!

Fantastic Folly Beach Home

We had an amazing time at Folly. . The house was great and the weather even better. There was ten in our group , and the house was so spacious, clean and well equipped. Cant say enough about the pool and the view. You cannot go wrong with this house. We will be back!

Beautiful Home in a Serene Setting

This property is absolutely a 10/10 rental. Our extended family was so comfortable. We all felt like we had our own space. The connected apartment is ideal for a couple or small family who could use a little extra privacy. There are actually four sets of bunk beds in the house! In the upstairs game room there are two sets, and on the first floor there is another bunk room with its own bathroom. The upstairs bunks have to share a bathroom with the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and great room are huge and stunning. The view from the back porch/pool area is so private and nothing in sight but the beautiful nature around you. It would be nice to have the option of paying for the pool to be heated, but the kids still used it despite it being freezing! All in all I can’t really find anything negative to say. If you are able to grab this for your vacation- do it! You won’t regret it!

Yearly Getaway

Our group of 4 couples met on a tour 11 years ago and have met almost every year since. This year we picked Charleston and this Folley Beach home. It had beds and bathrooms for each couple and plenty of room for everyone to spread out in. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had which I really appreciated. My husband and I were coming from snow so loved the large deck to lounge and visit on. Would highly recommend this home. Beautiful place to relax and catch up with friends.

Gorgeous and Grand home

This house is a stunner! The property is serene, has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the marsh, access to the folly river, and surrounding landscape is lush and well kept. The rooms are clean, and well appointed. Every thing was above and beyond what we expected.
