Folly Vacation Beautiful Beach Cottage 209-A

  • Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

    You'll find the comforts of home and make lasting vacation memories in this charming three bedroom, two and half bath beach house, located one block from Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.

    There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated three bedroom, two and half bath cottage style home that is sure to fulfill all your vacation needs. On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and master king size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.

    The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. ​​​​​​​This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.

    We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

    This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

This property worked well for our family Springbreak with the dogs. Location was great , very walkable to town and the beach. The town of Folly is extremely welcoming to dogs and the fenced yard at this property made it convenient to have them with us. 5 stars for outstanding water pressure, but with 5 adults hot water tended to run out quickly. Pillows were a bit soft for our preference, but otherwise the stay was great!

This house was very clean and cute with a great kitchen. Even the knives were sharp. The host was attentive. I would book it again for a family trip. Nice yard, two blocks from a beautiful beach.

Great Folly Beach stay

Accommodations were just as described in the listing and were very comfortable. We used the kitchen to make some meals and found everything we needed. Location was just right, far enough from the main commercial area that it wasn’t busy but close enough that it was an easy walk or bike ride. Walk to the beach is easy using the trail behind the house.

Absolutely wonderful home , loved every moment we spent at this beautiful beach house!! We where running behind on checkin time of 4pm, loved the added touch of having the lights on for us and TV. So welcoming!!The kids loved the outdoor shower and the mermaid made of sea shells.

Beautiful home in great location

The cottage is just 2 blocks off center st (the hub of Folly Beach) but the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The house was clean, well appointed and modern. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing

Absolutely amazing property in a quiet area that is just a few blocks away from everything. They even had a pack and play for our daughter, which made life soo much easier. Thank you for the great vacation! I highly recommend this place!

Great Location and Amenities

This was our first family and extended family vacation. The house was just perfect for us with comfortable beds, ample sitting options, a spacious kitchen, and a sweet little enclosed backyard for our furbabies.

Perfect Stay

A group of 7 40-something friends. We loved this home! So cute and well-decorated. Everything worked properly and was updated. The home was in close proximity to the beach and restaurants/main strip. And there was plenty of space for all of us. I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
