Fun and Retro Apartment and Area

I stayed at the property on our travels home from college graduation in alabama with my two daughters, what a fun place. We walked in, the apartment was updated, fun decor retro vibe, very clean, perfect size, we really enjoyed the balcony. Its a fun area, we never needed to drive. We walked to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants, there is a bar/restaurant below. The area is quiet, people around are friendly. I would definately stay again.

Lovely Stay!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! Very clean, location is perfect, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive! One downside was that the pillows were not comfortable for us at all. Had to stack tons together in order to sleep through the night and not wake up with a sore neck. The only other downside was that there wasn’t an umbrella in the unit to bring to the beach so we did have to buy one but not a huge deal. Very minor details that wouldn’t effect wanting to come here again. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Wonderful location, clean space, highly recommend!

Booked this for a brief thanksgiving holiday and very pleased with the decision! The apartment was just like the photos. Very clean! Appliances are a little dated BUT we didn't come to folly to cook on the stove and do tons of dishes so they were just fine. The patio / porch is so cute and comfortable. Very short walk to downtown folly! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Sweet comfortable apartment, walk anywhere

Very spacious, nice porch for watching storms, comfortable. Plenty of towels and dishes. Onlyting we did not like, were the steep stairs and noise from neighboring building. Once inside the apartment, it's all good!

Immaculate, comfortable and convenient to everything in Folly.

We came to enjoy the beach and meet up with family at Folly. The beach was a 5 minute walk only 3 blocks away. The unit was great and we were very comfortable. Loved to balcony sitting area and spacious open floor plan. We made only one inquiry and they answered immediately. It was also nice to have a cart and beach chairs provided. We would absolutely come back for another visit.

Perfect for our Family

I stayed here with my 3 little boys. Everything was in walking distance but not to loud for their bedtime. There is a great little restaurant downstairs too. The property was clean, it had everything we needed and it was a perfect size for the four of us.

Great location & convenience!

We had a great time & the space was more than enough for our family of 4. Cart + 4 chairs & an umbrella made it easy so we didn’t have bring much with us for the beach. Once the kids went down having a place below to eat/drink made it perfect!

Nice place and location

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and inviting vacation apartment. It’s an easy walk to the beach and pier, and close to restaurants and shops. Check in/check out was simple. We didn’t cook there, but it was fairly well supplied. There’s a coffee maker, but bring your own coffee.

Fall break

Good location,it is on the third level with only stair access. Very Quiet even with the First floor being a bar, we had fun at night just heading downstairs to see what band was playing.

Everything was great, except the beds

This is a great rental, that is well stocked. The location is excellent. I didn't hear any noise, even though there is a bar/restaurant on the ground level. The property management company is very organized and responsive. My only issue was the beds. The mattresses are very firm (frankly, hard IMHO). Tough for a side sleeper to go from a sleep number of 35 to a firm mattress. They provide 4 beach chairs in the unit, with a cart. 3 of the 4 chairs had broken straps (appeared to be from normal wear and tear over time), which isn't a huge deal since you have the cart, but it's a bit of a problem if you aren't using the cart. It's probably time to replace the beach chairs if that's meant to be a selling point of the unit. I would have rented it with or without them, so the chairs were just a bonus and I only needed one so I used the good one. Just as a fact, there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but that wasn't a problem in September. Not sure what it might be like in the summer. For future stays, the hard beds would be a deal breaker for me because I didn't sleep well, but they have several properties so I'd maybe ask them if they have something with softer beds.

Folly beach

Great hospitality, this condo has everything you need, even beach chairs and a beach cart! Walking distance to everything. I would have to say the beds are very uncomfortable, and the listing shows it’s beach front. It’s super close to the beach, maybe 3 blocks away, definitely walking distance. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect getaway

Brought my son down for his 11th birthday as we do experiences vs parties. He had an absolutely wondefuk time and the place had such an at home feeling he slept great when he normally doesnt do well in staying ither places then home. It was close to everything we wanted to experience and was perfect. Look forward to maybe using this place again for our next visit!

Great location

Great place to stay with everything in walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The 2 bedrooms had ped fans as those did not have AC. We kept the bedroom doors open so air could circulate.

Super Clean and Conveneint

This condo was perfect for our family! The place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location and sitting on the balcony, watching the people walk by and enjoying the weather. The parking is a good little walk, and there was construction happening on the back lot that prevented us from unloading/loading there, but we were able to use the parking lot at the gas station with little trouble. We only used our car to travel into Charleston a couple days, otherwise we rented a golfcart and were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place, and we can't wait to come back! Definetely check out The Lost Dog Cafe and The Crab Shack..soo good!

Clean condo close to everything

We had an awesome stay. Condo was spotless, in a great location, great bathroom and shower, high tech touches with lights and fans, nice patio, good kitchen. Note this is on the 3rd floor so you do need to be able to navigate steps. Parking was a good little walk away ( not great if raining) and it was difficult pulling up to back of condo due to construction directly behind condo and equipment in way of driveway (not fault of owner ). Kitchen could use a few pan upgrades. Otherwise perfect stay. I would highly recommend and would for sure rent again!

Just as described

The place was clean, spacious, and well decorated. I really truely enjoyed my stay at this property which is so conveniently located to everything Folly has to offer. When I wasnt busy in town or at the beach, the spacious front porch was my favorite space. There are tvs in living room and both bedrooms. This means we had our own tvs so no fighting over the remote! Check in and out was super easy.
