The location was excellent, though it did have some drawbacks. There's a gravel public parking lot next to the house. While this might not be a problem for heavy sleepers, light sleepers could find themselves disturbed at ALL hours of the night. The house itself is older. We couldn't use the upstairs shower due to poor drainage. The kitchen needs a little TLC, but honestly, it's not bad.We had a great time, but didn't get much rest.

We loved the location of this property. It was such an easy walk to all that Folly has to offer. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating to spread out. We had plenty of supplies and were pleasantly surprised to find a beach wagon and some extra chairs below the house.

Perfect spot

Fantastic location in the heart of Folly Beach! It was so great to be just steps from the beach and all the fun on Center Street. We did a lot of tourist exploring around Charleston during the day. But it was great to return to the laid back feeling of Folly Beach.

Christmas at the beach

This was our first “ run away” Christmas. It was an awesome experience. The house was great, the attention of the VaCasa team was excellent and the location was outstanding. The idea it was pet friendly was the deciding factor for us.. Great holiday!
