Our daughter graduated CofC this weekend and we wanted a fun place to stay to celebrate her all weekend. Very clean, very comfortable! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were extra beach chairs, towels & a wagon for use. The covered & screened porches were great & the yard was fabulous to play games on we loved the location, tucked back safely but easy walking to bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach. House is for sale. Considering listing back home & moving down ;-) Fun family home!

We loved our stay at Folly Daze. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to the Main Street and beach. We had every item we needed and wouldn’t change a thing.

Came out for a trip with my family. Location was great. Property was amazing and the instructions were clear and descriptive. Would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect blend of beach location and comfortable accommodations.

The house was great! Clean, close to everything but not too close for the noise of Center St. to be an issue. Had all the things you need to go to the beach. The items provided for the kitchen were great! Next time I know I can bring my whole bean coffee from home. Liked how all surfaces were easy to keep clean and hard for wither my dog or children to mess up.

We are local Charlestonians and it was nice to take the family away from the forest and head to the beach. Everything in walking distance and no car needed. This beach cottage has everything you need and is very pet friendly. Would definitely rent again....

We rented this property the week leading into NYE and could not have asked for a better location. The house is so close to downtown so we never had to drive unless going out of Folly. It is also very close to the beach which was great for our daily walks this time of year. The house was stocked better than any rental I have ever stayed, very clean and decorated adorably. Our family of six are all adults now and we were a little concerned the house might be too small for us but, it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. The hosts were always super quick to respond and flexible for our check out on New Year’s Day.

Great property and great stay. We stayed at this property the weekend of hurricane Ian. Needless to say there was some anxiety leading up to our trip. The communication was amazing and we received several updates as the storm passed through. We arrived the day after the storm and had a wonderful time. The property has a lot of privacy but is still within a short walk to restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely book it again in the future. Thank you to owner and manager for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfy, close to the beach and restaurants, had everything we needed and more! An issue popped up while we were there with the AC but Diane took care of it immediately. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.
