Overall very clean, beautiful view, easy check in and check out. I suffer from migraine headaches and most light fixtures have very bright LED bulbs. This type of lighting triggers headaches. I kept most overhead lighting off so it was kind of dark.

Great Family Vacation

One of the best vacations we have ever had! We loved the location of the condo; directly on the beach but within walking distance to so many great restaurants, exceptionally clean, great ocean views and worry-free parking. The beach was large enough so that we never felt crowded. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out process. We will definitely return.

Overall fabulous condo with the perfect view

The view from this condo is perfect! We sat on the balcony just as much as we sat inside. We enjoyed this condo very much and it was the cleanest rental I have ever had. Great room furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great. With the exception of salt and pepper, the kitchen was well equipped. We only had a couple of complaints: The bed pillows are not very good. There were extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. Secondly, the 2 frying pans in the kitchen need to be thrown away. Overall, I would most definitely stay in this condo again.

Family Wedding Gathering

Stayed her with our family for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great and the condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and the view of the ocean was great. We needed to check in early as we had to be in Hollywood for rehearsal by 4 pm. The property company was easy to work with and although they couldn’t promise early check in, they were able to accommodate our request. One thing to remember is they only allowed parking for 2 cars (holiday weekend) so one of our other family members had to park in public parking close by. We’d stay here again.

Stunning views and easy access

We stayed here for Spring Break and even though the weather was terrible the condo was beautiful, the views were AMAZING! and it was walking distance to so many things, it was a fabulous trip!! Will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The view from the condo was the best part. I would stay here again. The only complaint would be only having two key fobs for two families to share, but that would be it.

Great place to enjoy the beach

My family and I enjoyed our time at Folly Beach. Dunes Properties made it easy for us to reserve, check in and check out. Our condo had a fantastic view of the ocean/beach and our stay was very comfortable.

Great condo, perfect location

The condo is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos online. The master bedroom was large with a decent bed. The other two rooms were small but each had their own bathroom, which was a big plus for us. The beds weren't the most comfortable but that wasn't an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything. We absolutely loved this place. Perfect location! You can walk 5 minutes and get to downtown Folly with great restaurant options. We hope to be back next year and many years to come.

Great Ocean front views

We were in town for a wedding and loved everything about folly beach. The island is fantastic! Restaurants are all close to the property. We loved listening to the live music coming from loggerheads from the front balcony. The music ended at a reasonable time (I believe 9pm at the latest). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to enjoy the place.
