    El segundo piso tiene una cocina abierta y espaciosa, comedor y sala de estar. La cocina gourmet tiene hermosas encimeras de granito, horno de gas inoxidable de 42 "con anafe, y más. ¡El comedor y la sala de estar se abren a un amplio porche con maravillosas vistas al océano! Our family had a great week at the house. The elevator made packing and unpacking very easy. The location was fabulous - no need to rent a golf cart because everything was walkable, even for the 4 year old.

Our host was very responsive. We had one issue while we were in the house, and she had it fixed within 3 hours—after hours on a Sunday. We were so impressed!!Also, property in person was nicer than the pictures!

25 beach trip

Yearly trek to beach with family, great house, easy to beach access and not far from Bert’s. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and great family room for gathering. Nice breezes on balcony at night. Definitely stay again and recommend.

Great place for a group of friends to spend a week. Easy access to beach, Bert's, and the house was great if you don't mind stairs.

House is wonderful! 8 adults and 3 children enjoyed Thanksgiving week at the beach, there was ample room for us all. Location is great, parking excellent, house clean and well furnished. Host is very responsive. We will be back!

Our son was getting married during the week in April 2026. Although the weather was crappy, we enjoyed this beach house so much that our family could spread out and enjoy the company and the balcony and great food fellowship and family time. We loved having an elevator to help load and unload. A great location just three blocks from all the action. although we live north of Myrtle Beach, we would definitely recommend and return if we had a large group again. Thanks again.

Absolutely loved the house, the location, and the time spent with family. Great beach access and close to everything in Folly Beach. Will absolutely look to book, again!

This house was perfect for us. The three floors offered privacy and the kitchen and living room was great to come together. The three balconies were so calming and relaxing. We will definitely go back to this place!!!

Great rental for three generations

Plenty of space for kids, parents and grandparents. Great location, very clean and the elevator was useful for luggage and grandparents.
