  • This beautiful beach front home features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It is located on the best stretch of beach known as "The Washout" on Folly Beach. The house has many unique features including a very large kitchen and dining area. It has a downstairs cabana bar and numerous outdoor entertainment areas. The house is directly across the street from the beach and has expansive beach views from the living room and large front porch. The home is perfect for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. You'll never forget the time you enjoyed at "Endless Summer".

The house is beautiful and well laid-out. The large porch with rocking chairs is wonderful. Having covered stairs down to the parking area was a bonus. The large area under the house with the grill and bar was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 10. The downstairs area and additional fridge and ice maker were very convenient. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Awesome house for a family beach trip

We were here with 4 families for a family and friends reunion and beach trip. Our stay was fantastic and we just loved the house and its location at Folly Beach. Would definitely come again with this group!

Friends Weekend

Best vacation

Wonderful vacation. Best house we stayed in as a family. Each had teir own room and bathroom . Had a lot of fum using the downstairs. Location to the beach great and loved sitting on the porch watching the surfers. Hope to stay again.

Bachelorette in Paradise

We had a large group (12 women) and this was the most beautiful house to stay in. It was a perfect location for an easy walk across the street to the beach, and a quick drive into Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. We could not have asked for a better location or communication. It was all around just a great stay!

Bachelorette Weekend

We had an amazing stay for a bachelorettes weekend. The place was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The view is absolutely beautiful. Near many cute little shops and cool places to eat and not too far from Charleston for night life.

A dozen women friends from college, 60 years ago. We gather every year or two. A beach is a frequent destination and Folly and this house were perfect for us. All on one floor…after getting up from the ground level. Great porch overlooking the ocean. Generous kitchen, well-furnished.

Girls weekend

Perfect location for our group of 7. Given the age of the home we were happy to see what great condition it’s in. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space and seating for meals, enjoying the view from the front porch rocking chairs and game time! It was ideal having so many bathrooms and even beach towels! Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Great stay!
