The cottage was great! Very clean and easy access to the beach. Perfect for a couple wanting to go and enjoy what Folly has to offer! Would recommend and would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The back porch was fantastic! The location was far enough away from the main area of town to be quiet and just a short stroll to the beach. The house was well appointed. Communication with the host was great. Our 8 year old gives it a 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Anniversary at the beach!!

Relaxing at Folly

The cottage was so cute and cozy. The fenced in backyard with chairs, lights, and deck was perfect for fam and pup. The screened in porch with rocking chairs was so relaxing with morning coffee or afternoon wine. The beach was a 5 minute walk. Several restaurants were less than a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cottage Gem

Very, very nice. Location short walk to beach, about a mile into town. Loved the screened back porch and outdoor patio. Well-equipped, nicely furnished, relaxing beachy decor. Bed comfortable, but BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS! Very comfortable overall.

Great for Couples

Stayed here for a weekend vacation, and it was perfectly sized for the wife and I. Loved the property and the price, but our only concern is that the shower floor gets very slick!

LOVE!

I absolutely loved this home. It is tiny but quaint and perfect for myself and my dog. The screened in outdoor porch is an added value along with the fenced in backyard. We spent majority of our time on the porch with morning coffee and dinner listening to the waves. Great location just a block from the beach and about 10-15 minute walk to the town. My only recommendations would be the upgrade the mattress and have hot water in the outdoor shower. I would definitely come back to stay and have already shared with friends.

Incredible Mini-Vacay on Folly

We loved our stay at this adorable cottage! It is literally about 30 steps to beach access, well appointed, multiple spaces for relaxing and talking, and decorated really well. We had everything we needed. The size was perfect for my husband and me, and it is just about a mile from the downtown Folly area. We will book again!!

Very nice house

Although the weather wasn't great, the house was great. It was small but cozy and very close to beach. The fenced in yard was convenient for our small dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint was WiFi wasn't reliable.

Cutest little house!

Stayed here for the week after our wedding with my husband and dog. Fenced in back yard was so great and the house had most things we needed. The one piece of advice I’d give to future renters is make sure you bring beach towels and extra blankets! Other than that we had everything needed including beach chairs, bathroom towels and an outdoor shower! We even were able to check in much earlier than expected! Just a block from the beach in a quieter section of Folly. Will be back!

Perfect Getaway for Our Small Family

Cute little place

Nice little beach house a short block from the beach . A mile walk to the center where all the shops and restaurants are . We also loved walking into the house after being out in the heat and feeling the A/C immediately. Cute little outdoor sun porch with plenty of room. Quick drive to downtown Charleston which we did most of the week for the best restaurants … would def stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The cottage was just what my wife and i needed for a few days away from the rat race. It was clean and we'll appointed. The location was perfect; far enough from main street to be quiet, yet close enough for convenient fun. We will definitely rebook here next year.

At first we liked the 1 bedroom house until it was bed time. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and small. It has a 2” mattress pad and it was uncomfortable. The two night tables were right up against the bed and we were concerned we might hit it while sleeping. The next morning we took showers and there was no shampoo or soap in shower. We made coffee and the cups that were in the cabinet were no washed. That had fresh coffee on the inside. I had to wash all the cups. Mind you, there was no coffee either! In retrospect, if they took the large dresser that is next to the bed and put a king bed there, it would be comfortable and THEN we would return.

Cozy cottage

We stayed four nights in this beautiful little beach house and it was perfect in every aspect of our needs. Loved the screened in porch and fenced in backyard for your dog, he enjoyed the stay just as much as we did! We can’t wait to come back for warmer weather and Folly beach!!!
